Every thing is excellent, but I wanted a chance to give some constructive criticism on the plates I tried. 1) First, the gnocchi was top notch; best thing I tried. My only suggestion would be to quickly sear the gnocchi to give them a touch of crisp & texture. Otherwise, a perfect dish. 2) Next the fettuccine was quite good. I'd suggest trying some thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes as a garnish, just to give it a touch of pop. That goes against tradition perhaps, but I feel your menu is going for that slight edge. 3) Next was the Pad Thai. The tofu was perfect, & I really liked your take on the sauce. However, it was a bit "cloying" perhaps after a few bites. My suggestion is to reduce the salt by about 10%, then balance the umami with Thai basil chiffonade & some lemongrass. Maybe steep the lemongrass in the sauce while it's being prepared & remove before serving? Some green onions & just a little pizazz from bird's eye peppers would be welcome. 4) Next the mushroom risotto. This was underwhelming compared to your other dishes. It was good, but completely outshone. I suggest adding those little "bacon" seitan bits you used with the gnocchi, but really it needs some sweetness or acid to uplift it. Again, not the most traditional, but unless you go nuts on the garlic or something (not the most appealing to a wide audience) it needs something to stand out. My thought is to try something like jewel rice. Add a small amount of golden raisins & barberries while it cooks (or maybe as a garnish, you'd have to experiment). It'd really elevate all that cream & umami. 5) Next the Donplings are perfect. No notes. Excellent plating & design. Ok, maybe a splash of soy sauce mixed with a very barbecue-y gochujang while they're pan searing. Just a thought. 6) Finally, the chocolate cake is a brilliant interpretation. The popover style so that every serving is fresh right out of the oven with no waste, is a stroke of genius. The fresh berries give a delightful balance. This just me, but what about sticking a little cylindrical raspberry jam plug right in the middle before it goes in the oven? Could mess with your bake, but the extra little berry would tie the fruit from the outside into it in a molten explosion of flavor. That & an extra drizzle of extra dark fudge chocolate for a touch of bitter. Maybe that's over-engineering something that's already great. & that's all I got a chance to try. Thanks for the wonderful meal! I love what you're doing & wish you all the best!
The most wonderful experiences I've had as a vegan while eating outside of my own home! Also, being from the states, I have yet to find a spot here that tops this one! I made visits here for four days straight while in town, & tried several different dishes & all were a hit for me aside from one that just didn't sit right on my palate(curry masala) but literally EVERYTHING else was extremely delicious, satisfying, & well presented. The burrito bowl & Tostada Don have to be my favorites because of the BBQ Jackfruit which was chef's kiss! I love that the burrito bowl is so filling! I almost couldn't finish it but it tastes so good that I couldn't not finish it! Another top dish was the creamy gnocchi, yum! The staff was just lovely, very pleasant & helpful. I can't wait to go back! I'm craving it now while typing this! This is the only place I ate at my entire visit! I would eat here everyday if I could!
A hip vegan paradise, offering tasty & creative alternatives that redefine traditional dishes. The prompt & kind service adds to the overall appeal, making it a go-to spot for plant-based delights. The really cool decor inside completes the experience, making this restaurant a must-visit for both vegans & non-vegans alike.

My husband & I shared the antipasto platter. We loved the variety & it was fun to try everything. I do think the platter was a bit expensive/simple for the price. We want to go back to try the Main dishes. The drinks are fabulous & they gave us a drink on the house for our anniversary.
Delicious food & great service ! Unfortunately I did find that the price was a little high for the portion size (half of the plate is salad for the two main dishes we ordered). But overall happy with everything :)
If you're vegan, it's a must, it you're not & curious, this place offer dishes that don't try to imitate meat, & are delicious & filling without being "just salad".
One of the best restaurants we have been to in any city across several countries. So good that we visited 3 times in 3 days! We were blown away on the first day at dinner with the Donplings (dumplings), Jackfruit Tostados & Mushroom Risotto. We went the next day for lunch & had Donplings & the Mushroom Risotto yet again! Day 3 was the pan cooked Cauliflower, Mushroom Risotto & the Mushroom Fettuccini. We also tried their great selection of organic wines by the glass. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, & professional, & most importantly they are very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the dishes. We sat outside all 3 days & enjoyed the street musician & people watching while eating incredible dishes! Great value overall & highly recommended if one is not vegan. Can't wait to go back on our next trip to Quebec City!
The staff were wonderful. We got lost in the winding streets of the old city of Québec & were late for our reservation, but they were very understanding. The gnocchi with cream sauce was incredible. Bursting with flavour. The other dishes we had were very good as well, but make sure to try the gnocchi either as an appetizer or main dish.
Great vegan place in Old Quebec. Very small so make reservations. Nice cocktail menu but even better they have a mocktail menu & lots of alcohol free beverages. The apps were good size as were the main dishes. We had the DONplings & Tostadas - both very good. Then for our mains we had spaghetti carbonara & bibimbap. Again, generous portions & very tasty. We were so full we couldn't fit dessert which we really wanted to try. We will have to come back to Québec just for that! As for service, it was very busy but we had our appetizers in no time flat & dinner came quickly as well. Recommended!
