Thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious & well-presented, the service was attentive & friendly, & the atmosphere was relaxed & inviting.
We started our meal with the antipasto platter, which was a perfect combination of salad & most entrees on the menu. The gnocchi pasta was also delicious, & the portion size was generous, The kid really enjoyed this dish. For dessert, we had the poor man's pudding, which was a decadent & flavorful dish made with maple syrup & pudding.
Overall, I would highly recommend Le Don Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious vegan meal in Quebec City.
Each time iam in Quebec City I visit this restaurant. I went for Sunday brunch & the server was also the maître D & the bus boy. She was pleasant friendly & efficient. Food was excellent as always. I highly recommend this restaurant even if you are not vegetarian.i have brought my carnevoir friends who have come back.
Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone searching for dairy-free or vegan food. Fantastic service, great menu at reasonable prices & it offers smaller portions for those that can't eat a lot of would like to try multiple dishes.

My husband & I had a wonderful experience at Don. It is a beautiful corner restaurant & it totally gave me Europe vibes. There is a cool statue with a water feature right outside near the patio with a cobblestone looking street. Starting with the service, everyone here was extremely friendly & welcoming. From the hostess, server to the individual delivering our food, everyone was so kind! We were able to walk in without a reservation (on a Monday afternoon) & got a cute little table on the outside patio. They have cute little palm trees next to the tables too, to provide some privacy from people walking by outside. Their inside seating was also very cool & trendy. They have the coolest Looney Tunes mural on the inside of the restaurant, as well as cool plants on the ceiling. Even the bar is a vibe with a fun neon sign. It's definitely an "instagram-able" restaurant. We were having a hard time deciding on what to order, as everything sounded great (& they had also sold out of the Mexican style burrito special that we were eyeing). We started with the DONplings, which were so crispy & craveable! Our server then recommended the Mushroom Risotto, which was so rich & delicious. We also tried the Burrito Bowl, which was also yummy. The presentations here were very beautiful & add to the overall great experience. Overall, it was a great dining experience! I'd go back in a second! I'd highly recommend stopping by, even if you aren't vegan!
Don Vegan Restaurant in Québec City is fantastic! The food is super fresh & absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu offering everything from pasta to Asian-inspired dishes. The appetizers are a highlight-definitely try the vegan "meatballs" as a starter, they're incredible! The cozy ambiance adds to the experience, making it a great spot for a meal. I highly recommend making a reservation, as it's a popular place. Overall, Don Vegan is a must-visit for anyone looking for tasty & creative vegan cuisine in Québec City.
Awesome vegan restaurant with plenty of excellent dishes. Everything we tried was great, decently sized & very, very tasty: The Wac (a take in Macdonald'a Big Mac), the various pastas. The vibe of this place is also good & the staff are very welcoming & friendly. Note: if you're coming in the evening you might want to reserve beforehand otherwise you might wait a bit for a table. The place ia quite popular even amongst non-vegan. Highly recommend.
Great vegan food! We always eat here when we are in Quebec & we never have been disappointed. Creative, flavorful & filling meals served by friendly & helpful staff in a lovely setting (both indoor & outdoor seating). I look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant at Old Quebec & happened to find Le Don. Food is delicious & staff are friendly. Our group ordered the mushroom risotto, the fettuccine, creamy gnocchi & bibimbap. Highly recommend.
