I'm giving the restaurant 3 stars because of their food, presentation, & service. However, the overall experience wasn't great. I made a reservation for Christmas night in advance, as I knew they would be busy. The person who confirmed the reservation told me they would have a happy hour after 8 p.m., so we booked around that time. When we arrived, we were told it was misinformation on their end. There was no apology from the server. Here's the worst part: While waiting for our table, they made us stand near the entrance. Considering the restaurant is small & it was a busy Christmas night, the lady at the front didn't offer us a seat at the bar, even though there were vacant seats. The overcrowding also led to an accident: a dasher accidentally spilled hot soup when the bag tore at the bottom, & some of it even spilled on my clothes. The staff member who handed over the package didn't apologize at all. It seemed like they were too proud of how they were operating. Despite everything, I didn't want to ruin the Christmas night for myself & my partner, so we decided to stay & enjoy our meal. The service was good, & the food was good! But the overall experience, unfortunately, was not. Also I have tried better vegan restaurants & would say it was average.

Tried this all vegan restaurant that got written up in Condé Nast when highlighting different sites in Quebec City. I had seen this before reading the blog too when searching for vegetarian restaurants in Old Quebec City. Anyhow, great ambience with exposed brick walls, cozy with mood lighting. Drinks were very weak. Had meat substitutes with some of the dishes ordered - 2 squash risotto was excellent (had mock chicken in it) & spagetti bolognese which also had the mock meat. Food was tasty but super pricy.
We recently dined at this restaurant, & it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Service: Our server was incredibly friendly & attentive to every detail, ensuring that we had a great experience. From recommendations to making sure everything was perfect, the service was excellent. Food: The food was a highlight - everything is vegan & absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, & each dish was well-prepared. Additionally, the portion sizes are generous, making it easy to share dishes with others. It's clear the restaurant takes great care in crafting its menu. Atmosphere: The restaurant offers both indoor & outdoor seating, providing flexibility depending on your preference or the weather. The ambiance was relaxed & enjoyable, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Convenience: The one minor downside is that parking is on the street, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, this didn't detract from the overall experience too much. Overall Impression: This spot is an excellent choice for anyone looking for vegan food, whether you're vegan yourself or just enjoy high-quality meals. With quick service, delicious dishes, & sizeable portions, it's easy to recommend. There were no negatives - everything we ordered was truly outstanding. We'll definitely be returning soon!
Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone searching for dairy-free or vegan food. Fantastic service, great menu at reasonable prices & it offers smaller portions for those that can't eat a lot of would like to try multiple dishes.
Truly delicious vegan restaurant in lower Quebec City. A HUGE menu! We got gnocchi & jackfruit BBQ sandwich. The staff are exceptional. We are visiting from America, & didn't want to walk around with leftover food so they offered to box up & hold for us while we explored the city. If you are plant forward types do not miss your chance to kiss the Don!
