The service was very good & the quality of the food was also very good here. Its worth the money. I also loved the atmosphere with the colourful walls. Even if you don't like vegan/vegetarian food I highly reccomend giving this place a try. We went for breakfast & had the buckwheat fruit pancakes & the DONé Anma. The pancakes were very very good. I was impressed! The DONé Anma was also great. A nice mix of flavour combinations & it was nice to know it's all vegan food. I also really liked that you can add to the plate. I tried the beyond sausage which was great. We also could not pass the opportunity of the $2 mimosa so we got 2 for $14. I highly reccomend this place & will likely go back when I visit ville de Québec in the future.

We visited this place on Christmas eve.
The restaurant delivers excellent vegan food with warm service in a cozy setting.
The menu offers creative plant-based dishes with vibrant flavors, generous portions, & plenty of protein-rich options.
Staff are friendly & attentive, happy to explain ingredients & suggest dishes, which makes the experience feel very welcoming.

LOVE, LOVE! Our vegan daughter insisted we dine here. Even my suspicious carnivore husband loved the food. Thank you for squeezing us in on NYE afternoon. Compliments to all the staff & chefs! Absolutely delicious (chefs kiss!)

Amazing menu. We came here for New Year's Eve & absolutely loved it - so much, we even came back the very next day! The squash risotto & Chunk steak are absolute must-tries. Objectively great food for vegans & meat-lovers alike. Highly recommend!

We visited Old Quebec City this Christmas season (2025) from Washington DC & were so impressed by the vegan dishes (incl. gluten-free options) that Don Vegan offered much to our surprise (since we expected the region to be very meat-heavy). The recipes were well thought through & super yummy unlike restaurants where vegan options seem like an afterthought to basically check the box. Kudos to Don Vegan! 👏👏👏 We landed up eating here 4 times during our 8-day stay 😆😋😋 US certainly needs to catch-up to Canada when it comes to quality of vegan food (based on our experience at a few other restaurants too)!!
