Nous sommes allés au restaurant du manoir en ayant réservé quelques jours avant. Lieu très agréable mais attention aux moustiques. Les plats étaient excellents pour des prix raisonnable quand on compare avec ce qu'on trouve dans la ville de Québec. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée

Pros: Hotel building itself & the outside surroundings were beautiful. Food we got was tasty despite the fact it was cold. Cons: No free breakfast, multiple ignored calls for toilet paper, towels & coffee refills. Zero room service. Zero housekeeping. Had to stay in a separate building across the street from the actual hotel. Ordered food from the hotel restaurant, which I had to come & pick up myself. First they called me to say it was ready. When I arrived they had given my order to someone else so I just waited there for like 25 minutes for them to redo it. Then they still forgot my salad & tried to say I didn't order one, but after TRIPLE CHECKING & discussing amongst themselves in French for like 10 extra minutes, they realized they'd misplaced it & it was in the kitchen all along. Of course by now the rest of my food was cold. On top of that they gave me only a half rack of ribs when I ordered a full one, but still tried to charge me for the full. (I argued it & had a picture, they cut it down to the half rack price.) . Wifi never worked well either, kept cutting out.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 20 avril 2024! Le personnel d'accueil est très gentil. Nous avons pu avoir notre chambre un peu plus tôt se qui nous a permis d'aller porter nos choses avant d'aller au spa & se faire masser, très apprécié! Le spas extérieur est très beau & que dire de la vue sur le lac wow! Nos massothérapeute étaient excellente & très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Les chambres sont très propres & confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi, très tranquille, pas beaucoup d'enfant. Pour une sortie en amoureux sans enfant, c'est parfait haha. Le restaurant en soirée quoi que très dispendieux & "fancy" était bon, moins notre genre tout simplement. Toutefois, le brunch déjeuner un gros 10/10, tout était bon & il y en avait pour tous les goûts! Je recommande fortement 😁

Nous revenons d'un petit week-end passé au Manoir du Lac Delage. Tout était parfait. Si je m'en étais tenue à certains avis je n'y serais pas allée. Service excellent que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant. Nourriture excellente rien à redire & la chambre ok...la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement mais super propre. Nous avons bénéficié des installations sur place, spa, sauna & piscine intérieure. & que dire du paysage 🤩 Tout y est pour passer un beau moment. Je vous le recommande sans hésitation.

Hotel itself is ok. Older in need of renovation but nice. It's clean at least. But there is no elevator for 3 floors!! Very inconvenient when you have a lot of luggage or more importantly when you're handicapped. I watched a poor guest take one step at a time to try to reach the 3rd floor. It was awful. I felt horrible for her. Very much a family hotel so very noisy. Not the place to stay on business as I was. Plus I had asked 3 times that housekeeping NOT knock on my door as we typically finish our workday very early in the morning. Still, they came 3 times. The worst thing about the place is the restaurant & bar. The food was horrible & so overpriced. The Chef apparently wants to portray themselves as a fine dining gastro cook but does not live up to it. The service is inattentive not noticing I did not eat my meal. When I called the waiter over to finally remove my plate, I told him I thought the food was awful. He said "sorry" & walked away. No one else came to my table. Upon leaving I met the host & he asked me if I liked my meal. I told him it was horrible & my scallops were like rubber. He replied "well maybe you are not familiar with the way seafood is cooked". When I mentioned that I was a professional chef & also wrote reviews on dining, he simply walked away. I tried the bar afterwards as I was starving by this point. I had cold fries with mayo. There too the service was bad. Not to mention that when I went to the bar to pay, (because the bartender never came back to my table) he was speaking to a waitress who said in French that her guests were obnoxious. ( ok she said it away from her table) but then the bartender replied in French "what do you expect, they're anglophones ". & he repeated it as he rang me out. I was stunned as I replied "huh, I'm anglophone as well". I told him his comment had been the topping on my horrible experience. Kids were running through the bar to the dining room as I tried to leave. Curb your children people for gosh sake. I will never go back to this restaurant again & have told my story to everyone on my production crew. Simply awful
