For more than 40 years, Le Petit Château restaurant has offered a wide variety of crepes and fondues as well as a bistro menu in Old Quebec.

Opened by a great lover of Quebec City in the former Théâtre de L'Estoc, the owner has always wanted to offer a place where everyone feels welcome.

Whether as a couple, with friends, with family or with a group, everyone can be assured of being welcomed and served with a smile and courtesy. Even canine friends can come on the terrace during the summer!

The staff is also very sensitive to the reality of people suffering from food allergies and intolerances and will pay serious attention to all your dietary restrictions.

Vous avez raison dans votre commentaire "...". Je vais compléter ma réponse. Lieu: très bien situé. Ambiance vieillotte sans effort. Mais correcte. Service: bon. Serveur à notre écoute & poli. Nourriture: nous avons pris la fondue accompagnée d'une assiette de charcuterie en supplément. Le fromage était oubliable. Le vin blanc caché les arômes du fromage. Pas sûr que se soit du fait maison. Le pain était ... passable, un peu sec. Il existe d'excellente boulangerie à Québec. Dommage. L'assiette de charcuterie ressemblait plus à une promotion SuperC industrielle à 5$ (facturée 24$). Bref nous savions, vu l'emplacement excellent, que nous allions droit vers un attrape touristes. Mais nous avons voulu donner une chance. À éviter si vous voulez bien manger.

We so enjoyed the Triple Fondue experience (with chicken)! All of the items & accouterments were fresh & delicious! Our host & server, Alain, was entertaining & knowledgeable. We'll return.

We came for something for the kids.. the portions was a bit small, but I guess we should have ordered only crepes or the fondu. The crepe was really good. The staff was super nice.

Food was average & service was a little slow. We had the trio fondue & the burner was not working properly & it took so long for the beef to be done. The waiter had to take it to the kitchen to warm the broth & brought it back to our table. Service overall was less than average.

DO NOT get the cheese fondue. It was SO SALTY we didn't finish it. I told the waitress & nothing done to rectify other than they had a new cook. Should have looked at previous review. The cheese was not that good for Quebec. I love my cheeses 🧀! Avoid & order something else or go somewhere else. Beautiful setting. Employees looked overworked.
