For more than 40 years, Le Petit Château restaurant has offered a wide variety of crepes and fondues as well as a bistro menu in Old Quebec.

Opened by a great lover of Quebec City in the former Théâtre de L'Estoc, the owner has always wanted to offer a place where everyone feels welcome.

Whether as a couple, with friends, with family or with a group, everyone can be assured of being welcomed and served with a smile and courtesy. Even canine friends can come on the terrace during the summer!

The staff is also very sensitive to the reality of people suffering from food allergies and intolerances and will pay serious attention to all your dietary restrictions.

Sur réservation nous avons pris le trio fondue. Le pain pour la fondue au fromage n'était pas frais , pour la fondue boeuf il manquait de patate au four je répète sur réservation. Fondue chocolat très décevante. Les points forts Le serveur très courtois & malgré le manque de patate au four surtout que le resto n'était pas surchargé les portions son très bien.

Notre repas chez vous fût très agréable! Le service était excellent, l'ambiance feutrée est plaisante pour discuter calmement autour d'un bon repas. Ce sera un incontournable lors de nos prochaines sorties à Québec. Merci!

Excellent repas & service.

L'éclairage pourrait être un plus feutré pour une ambiance plus intime, mais à part cela, tout était parfait. Bonne musique aussib :)

The ambience is spoiled by worn chairs in the lobby as well as general wear & tear. We had a bath sink problem & it took two calls to get someone to fix it. The left-hand closet hinge has not been lubricated (it squeaks upon closing) & the right-hand bath door does not stay closed.

It's in a great location. Food for the price was underwhelming. Cutlery was dirty, we had to ask for several new pieces. The sound of a beeping microwave every minute isn't very relaxing. There are soo many ways to elevate this experience for patrons they just need to see it. In terms of service, there was 1 server for us & about 6 others just standing around.

The fondue pot used for the cheese had seen better days. Some new pots would be in order. The chocolate should have been more flavorful. It seemed like chocolate sauce poured into a bowl
