Salle de bain des hommes: l'unique toilette est brisé & une affiche indique d'utilisé la toilette des femmes. Pour se laver les mais, la valve d'eau chaude est fermé pour économiser 0.03$ d'électricité. La distributrice de papier à main était vide... Coté nourriture, l'entrecote était correcte. La cuisson parfaite, mais la sauce bof. Une légère saveur de dijon délavé dans le jus de viande. Pas un mauvais gout, mais vraiment rien d'exceptionnel. Rapport qualité-prix correct.

Un classique dans notre belle ville. On y va pour la sauce & par dessus tout le service extraordinaire toujours égal! Notre serveuse Katy nous a accueilli comme à la maison avec un professionnalisme comme il n'e s'en fait plus . Bravo à toute votre équipe !

This amazing restaurent is in my opinion, the heart of Quebec! We were greeted with love & we felt so special & taken in as a family, we felt welcome 🤗. The food was really « Québécois « 😂. At first I was confused about the special sauce but then when the first drop of sauces came into my mouth..... I knew I belonged in that very restaurant. I ordered the steak & it wasn't a failure. For sure this restaurant is my first stop when I get to Quebec City! I swear to god, THIS IS IT!!🤤🤤🤤🤤

Restaurant has a prime location. However, food leaves something to be desired. The signature steak is very average, nothing special about the sauce either. The texture of the meat is poor, chewy & without a nice crust. The salmon dish is outstanding, but is the only dish that is above my expectations. The back rib is too lean & lacked sauce. The poutine there is literally the worst poutine I've ever had, even worse than the McDonald one. The secret sauce does not pair well with the fries, & the cheese are large blobs of frozen madness. Worst poutine I've had. Unacceptable for it's price point...

Cocktail Mai Tai très différent des recettes habituelles, mais excellent si on aime les cocktails sucrés. Il y a d'ailleurs de nombreuses bouteilles de spiritueux en décoration. Service efficace. En revanche le menu d'hôte a été assez décevant. La soupe en entrée était bonne mais l'entrecôte (le nom du restaurant !) n'était pas aussi bonne que ce que nous espérions. Même si la sauce était originale. Les profiteroles étaient sèches (& froides) comme si l'assiette sortait d'un frigo.

Maybe they were just having an off day, but my entrecôte was grainy, & the sauce watery. Love the vibe, decor & service… but not up to snuff on the meal for our visit 10/9/23.

Good food but the ratio sides to meat was a bit off as I got a bit too many fries for my 7oz steak. Meat was cooked to perfection & sauce was really good too.

Staff was very accommodating given that I came in a bit before closing. Very kind & attentive to the customers. Thank you for a good experience

All i say about the quality of the food, 10/10, the steak was wonderfully prepared with the accompanying sauce & our starter salad was one of the best salads I have ever eaten. The cozy & quaint surroundings also make for a great part of dinner in Quebec.
However, we were completely ignored by the waiters. I noticed many times the waiter asked about the situation of the surrounding tables & refilled their cups every time they were empty. But they absolutely did not ask or refill water for my table. I finished my meal & had to drink more water from my boyfriend's cup. We tipped quite a bit for the bill that day because we wanted Asians who visited the restaurant in the future to not be treated as coldly as we were. Overall, the food is great but with the lack of professionalism in the service, I don't think I will return to this place.
