Passionate about pastry since her childhood, Sophie Bourlard, self-taught pastry chef at the head of Macarons de Sophie, is originally from Belgium. She arrived in Quebec with her family in 2010 and embarked on an unusual professional reconversion! After a career as an administrative assistant, she finally realized her dream, in 2016, of launching her business manufacturing and selling macarons as found in Europe.
