Service très lent. 15 à 20 minutes avant de voir quelqu'un à l'arrivée. Longue attente entre notre entrée & les plats principaux. Le repas enfant est arrivé 10 à 15 minutes après les autres repas. La serveuse essayait de se dépêcher quand elle prenait les commandes mais on s'est senti pressé quand elle nous parlait. Nourriture correcte, les frites étaient très salées. À la fin, la serveuse a pris mon assiette pendant que je mangeais encore. Nous ne sommes pas restés pour le dessert. Les employés répétaient qu'il manquait de personnel & que ça affectait le service. Je suis sympathique aux difficultés d'embauche mais la réalité est que le prix reste le même & que l'expérience ne vaut pas les 250$ que ça m'a coûté. Merci.

Delicious burgers, whole family including our picky eater loved it. Fries are fantastic as was the fish & chips & house salad. Definitely will be back next time we're in Quebec city. Service was attentive & quick despite it being a busy night. They also went above & beyond when my husband forgot his wallet at the restaurant. Our server contacted us through our reservation phone number to let us know that they had found it & would keep it in the safe until we were able to retrieve it! We were both stunned & relieved! Excellent food & amazing people!

We were disappointed not to sit on the terrace as we were a 5 but in the end we were delighted to be in the cool inside & also couldn't fault the food & service. The waitresses are SO friendly.

We had Burgers & Nachos. Both were excellently made & quickly served. Outstanding was our waitress Anne-Marie. Very friendly, polite & always around to take care of us. Merci beaucoup!

Décevant, nous y sommes allés car le
Restaurant était bien noté & bien situe.
Les frites étaient molles, le tartare de saumon ne devait pas être frais (Gastro/indigestion pour la personne ayant fait ce mauvais choix). La poutine n'était pas bonne... le fromage non fondu étc. Mauvaise expérience pour nous.

Very nice, small establishment with a friendly staff. It's the perfect time to visit since the exchange rate favors American funds. We had the mini poutine which was a happy hour discount & was very savory with French fries, gravy & cheese curds. The gravy wasn't overpowering & it was extremely hot. My wife had fish & chips, done very well with French fries & I had the salmon burger with lettuce, tomato, onion & quacamole. Very tasty & the salmon was cooked perfectly. This reminds you of a diner in the US with tables close together. Nice place.

Naturally the restaurant was crowded on a Friday evening in vieux Quebec! Excellent service & no waiting for our reserved table. Food was tasteful & great choice of beers & drinks!
