The poutine I had was EXCELLENT, but I wish it had more onions. The overall atmosphere was nice & modern but it's apparent the place isn't treated well or something. Despite all the modern amenities, there are signs of wear & tear in lots of places, probably not the fault of the resto itself but it impacts the atmosphere. Our server was very friendly but a little slow at times.
Based on the snarky response, I've removed a star. It isn't my job to help you see the issues that have been pointed out in brief, you only need open your eyes & observe, but, graciously, here they are anyway: rusty door handle in the men's bathroom, askance toilet seat with rusty hinges on the seat, white marks & lines along the corridor of black walls near the bathroom. The bowling alley was only seen from a distance but look well kept in any regard. Have a good day, & remember, snarky responses don't help your business.
Très bon établissement qui nous a permis le passer le temps durant cette journée pluvieuse . Bowling billard & belle vue sur le fleuve. Serveuse très sympathique & bonne cuisine nous avons passé un bon moment merci 🤗
I think the owners did their market research, as this business combines decent pub food with indoor activities to amuse young & old, something very likely welcome when the weather is inclement on this little island. My only suggestion is to keep the games equipment well maintained. For example, the pool table was missing the 8 ball. Bowling alley is a brilliant idea. Food, I'd say was average. I've had better fish & chips. But great spot families, & the vegetarians were very happy with the accomodating menu.

Great food, had the Burger du Pub with beef burger & it was awesome, with radish inside. It's a micro brewery as well, & the red beer is also good. Word of caution, it has a bowling alley, so on busy days it may get noisy. But on low season days, the ambience is great.
L'Étale est un bel endroit à découvrir! La nourriture était correcte, rien d'exceptionnel, le fromage dans la poutine ne faisait pas squick squick mais la bière était vraiment bonne.
Le service était rapide & chaleureux, on s'est senti bien accueilli.
La vue est magnifique, juste pour ça, ça vaut le détour sur l'ile.
Il y a des allées de bowling directement dans le resto, parfait pour une soirée agréable & différente.
I visited here for dinner while visiting the island. It's a nice spot for food, drinks, & even bowling! I did not bowl, but I had a great meal & some beers. The staff were friendly & efficient, as well as accommodating as I do not speak French- language was no issue & one of the workers helped me understand the menu when I had questions. Everything is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant. I had the ribs & they were delicious with very generous portions.
We went it without knowing what to expect, a quick meal with a round of bowling .. the food was very delicious.. they have Cauliflower replacements for chicken & the taste is phenomenal..
