Le service est exemplaire. Professionnel, sympathique & attentif, le personnel sait allier rigueur & chaleur humaine, anticipant les désirs des clients avec une élégance rare. Une hospitalité qui prépare à merveille l'entrée en scène des assiettes.
La cuisine, quant à elle, est remarquable. Le foie gras est somptueux, riche en nuances & parfaitement maîtrisé. La viande, d'une tendreté exceptionnelle, témoigne d'une technique irréprochable. Le poisson, d'une fraîcheur irréfutable, séduit par la pureté de son goût. & pour conclure, un dessert divin qui parachève une symphonie culinaire mémorable. Le tout sublimé par un vin blanc canadien dont l'accord parfait vient exalter chaque bouchée.

Excellente nourriture à un prix abordable. Le stationnement peut-être un enjeu dans ce coin du Vieux-Lévis mais j'en ai trouvé un dans la rue à proximité. La présentations des plats est jolie & les portions sont généreuses. Le restaurant offre des salles & des menus de groupe.
Quel beau & bon restaurant! Nous étions un groupe de six & nous avons tout apprécié, de l'entrée au dessert. Leur carte des vins est bien garnie & pour tous les prix. Un gros merci à notre serveur Guillaume qui donne un excellent service. Je vous recommande chaudement L'Intimiste, un des meilleurs restaurants de Lévis.
Nous avons très bien mangé & nous avons été très bien servi. Impeccable de ces côtés. Mais c'est certain que ce type de restaurant ont une fourchette de prix assez élevé - donc on ne peut plus y aller aussi souvent. On en a eu pour notre argent, mais notre quantité d'argent a des limites malheureusement. Sinon, j'irais plus souvent!
Toujours un bon choix de restaurant! Serveur toujours très sympathique, connaît bien son menu. Beaucoup d'humour également. Nous y retournons à chaque fois que nous avons un événement important à souligner! Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel!
