Un peu décevant & très cher. La musique Jazz est un peu dérangeante. C'était le midi & nous avons pris le deux services & une coupe de vin, une tisane chargée même si nous avions un café inclus alors pour 124.00$ un dîner de deux services c'est un peu cher. Je n'y retournerai pas bien que j'aimais beaucoup ce resto.

Une tres belle première expérience. Cuisine fine & delicate. J'ai écouté le serveur quand il m'a conseillé la pieuvre. Le cerf rouge tres bon. De jolies découvertes. Serveurs presents comme il fallait. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. C'est vivant sans être bruyant. Un bel équilibre dans l'assiette & autour.

L'Intimiste, c'est définitivement un «no brainer»: vous SAVEZ que vous y mangerez très bien & que ce sera inspiré, goûteux & créatif. Ne vous reste plus qu'à décider du plat. Visiblement on aime le métier tant en cuisine & qu'en salle, ce qui nous a valu hier soir un saumon laqué au miel & un linguine carbonara impeccables, sans compter le baba au rhum réinventé que je reprendrai avec plaisir la prochaine fois.
