Every aspect of Maelstrom was a welcome surprise - from the warm lighting & inspiring decor to the eclectic mix of Mediterranean & Quebecois cuisine to the charming staff eager to make the experience a memorable one. We visited 2 days back to back & cannot stop raving about it! Looking forward to visiting again in the near future!

We stopped by Maelstrom during our visit to Quebec City & it quickly became our favorite restaurant in town. We were warmly welcomed by the staff & provided quick service. All the food was a hit. Each dish tasted so fresh & clean. Definitely recommend going if you're in town or wanting to try a new place!

It was one of the best brunch I've had in all of Canada. Brunch ends at 3 pm. The service was excellent & the atmosphere was great. The coffee was below my expectations. I highly recommend the place👍🏻
