Client fidèle, je venais pour choisir mon thé au salon, le savourer avec une théière & accompagner le moment d'une petite bouchée.

La nouvelle formule rend l'espace trop petit & clairement moins confortable: on n'a presque plus de place, tout est trop minuté, & l'expérience est devenue rigide & précipitée.

Le plus frustrant: le salon ne permet plus le vrai choix à la table (ex: chai, matcha ou thé préféré), on est maintenant forcé de faire une dégustation dans le'vrai esprit du thé (not)'.

On nous sert, obligé obligé, deux bols de thé déjà coulés qui refroidissent rapidement & de façon inégale, ce qui brise le rythme qu'on venait chercher, & on impose une dégustation directive & accélérée qui sonne plus comme un discours que comme une invitation.

C'est un énorme gâchis, parce que Québec a déjà perdu presque tous ses salons de thé, & qu'en tant que dernier lieu du genre, Camellia Sinensis devrait protéger l'expérience humaine: prendre son temps, boire ce qu'on aime, jaser, manger une petite bouchée, puis repartir naturellement.

Le thé est toujours excellent, mais le salon ne devrait pas exister pour contraindre la clientèle dans une version artificielle, aseptisée & dogmatique de'ce que le thé devrait être'. Ça enlève tout ce qui faisait la valeur du lieu.'

J'y vais depuis très longtemps pour le thé vert & chaque fois j'aime y entrer toujours bien servi le personnel connaît leurs affaires souvent belles suggestions pour un peut de nouveauté. Allez y Dégustation sûr place très agréable.
