Staff always helpful, kind & able to explain which teas are which. The ambiance, however, used to nice & cozy.

The change from a teahouse to their new comparative tasting model, akin to their Montreal house, is a huge letdown for me. I used to come & sit to enjoy a cup of tea that I would choose, but it seems like it is no longer possible. I am deeply disappointed by this decision, & will, from now on, order my tea still from them, but online, as it is more practical than going to the store since I cannot enjoy a cup of my favourite blends after buying my leaves anymore.

J'y vais depuis très longtemps pour le thé vert & chaque fois j'aime y entrer toujours bien servi le personnel connaît leurs affaires souvent belles suggestions pour un peut de nouveauté. Allez y Dégustation sûr place très agréable.
