My 4 yo son & I attended the Mother's Day brunch this morning & it was one of the best experiences I've had in Quebec City having lived here for 4 years. The service, the food & the atmosphere were all exceptional. You can tell the staff care deeply about the guest experience & they spared no detail in ensuring all the families attending felt the love & warmth they deserve on such an important occasion. It's worth noting that I stayed at Le Bonne Entente 5 years ago while I was pregnant & the rooms, property & facilities (like the games room & happy hour) were outstanding & consistent with our experience at MC Lounge. I highly recommend tourists & residents try this establishment & expect you won't be disappointed. I hope to make this Mother's Day brunch an annual tradition & will be careful to watch for other occasions as well. Merci beaucoup!!

everything was excellent, we loved both meals we had at MC Lounge, also excellent hotel mostly for large rooms & multiple areas to have a drink & relax, Spa was wonderful

I had booked the Christmas dinner buffet at the MC Lounge. We had booked for 8 o'clock. Well, apparently, when you book for the last "service", you have to expect to run out of some food at the buffet. Even though the price was the same at $109 per head, a lot of things were missing from the buffet. No more turkey, no more veggies, only potatoes, no more cheese station, half the desserts were gone & no more fruits for the chocolate fountain. We were quite disappointed, especially for a Christmas supper & for the price. One would expect, again, to be treated like a respected customer & get the same choices as someone having booked the earlier service. That was not the case. Although I will say that the food that was left was very good.

D'abord, je vous aime. J'adore passer une soirée au CBE. Pourtant, la musique était trop fort. C'est la troisième fois je remarque ce problème au MC Lounge. Ce que les employés trouve correct & ce que vos clients trouve supportable n'est pas pareil. Faut pas que le gérant & le serveur se disent: Ah, ils sont vieux, il sont trop sensibles, ils comprennent pas. Oui, on sait que c'est style "lounge" mais on aime la musique en "background", pas dans la face.

Le service très lent & inadéquat. Ils n'ont pas écouté ma demande de café. La facture très salée. Nous ne recommandrons pas le MC Lounge.

Bel accueil de M. Lacroix à notre arrivée au MC Lounge. Service impeccable donné par les serveuses Audrey Anne & Amélie. Repas savoureux. Petite recommandation: Offrir plus de choix au niveau des plats principaux. Merci & à la prochaine!

J'ai déjeuné au MC Lounge & ce fut tout simplement exquis! Vraiment délicieux & j'ai apprécié chacun des détails des mets que j'ai goûté (omelette végétarienne & gruau). Rien de négatif, au contraire!

Nous avons vécu une très belle soirée en famille au MC Lounge. Le menu était diversifié & délicieux. Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous & s'assurait de rendre notre soirée très agréable. Le décor & la présence de vrais musiciens rendaient la soirée très festive. Le Père Noel est arrivé comme un cadeau surprise. Bref! Des soupers de Noel comme ça, nous en voulons encore!

Really enjoyed our experience eating at the MC Lounge on Christmas Day. The room was elegantly arranged with enough distance between the tables so we were not crowded. It felt intimate. The tables were elegantly decorated & the service was excellent. My husband ordered special wines with our meal & he was very pleased with the knowledgeable maître d. The food is always excellent & Christmas Day was no exception. All five of us really enjoyed the quality & variety of the dishes offered. The MC Lounge is really my preferred place to eat on special occasions. Thank you. Patricia & Normand
