Nous avons visité ce restaurant en groupe de 14 personnes hier & avons été déçus par notre expérience. Dès le début, le service s'est révélé lent & désorganisé. Le vin a été servi après l'arrivée de nos entrées, ce qui a perturbé le déroulement de notre repas. Tout au long de la soirée, nous avons ressenti une certaine pression de la part du personnel pour nous rappeler que nous devions quitter les lieux pour 20h00. Cette insistance a considérablement gâché notre expérience Pour couronner le tout, certaines de nos convives n'ont même pas eu le temps de recevoir leur dessert avant que l'on nous demande de quitter le restaurant. Malgré une qualité exceptionnelle des plats, le service est inégale.

Très belle salle pour les groupes dans la cave à vins. Plats savoureux, ambiance chaleureuse, personnel avenant.

Etant un habitué de votre resto, je crois qu'il serait de mise de faire des changements à votre menu. J'aurais aimé aussi y retrouver les vins du domaine Queylus que je habitué de commander. Le service toujours excellent & la qualité du personnel toujours très élevée. merci

Tables trop rapprochées, très bruyant. On a peine à discuter. Serveuse impatiente & brusque au début du repas. Mieux par la suite. on nous sert du vin au verre & on ne voit pas la bouteille.

très bruyant hier party (pas si grave on comprend), fast track sur le service de notre bouteille de vin. Quand on conduit on veut la faire durer car sera la seule de la soirée j'ai du aviser deux fois & j'ai eu droit à un visage presque fru de la serveuse. Service assez long comparativement à avant & nourriture ok mais pas aussi bon qu'avant non plus. Rissoto homard full parmesan en arrivant alors que j'aurais voulu en mettre à mon goût. Pain avec potage zéro frais (tres sec). Voilà pour notre expérience d'hier mais c'est la seule fois que j'ai de mauvais commentaires & mauvais c'est minime😉

Repas délicieux, tres bon vin, service exceptionnel l ambiance aurais été parfaite sans la table de 4 à cotes de nous qui était extrement bruyante. Très jolie deco.

On a eu une super table bien situé! La nourriture était super ! Le service était bien, mais le serveur ne connaissait pas bien le menu & le vin. Pour chacune de nos questions il répondait qu'il ne savait pas & est aller chercher qq1 pour le vin car ne le connaissait pas.

So, to start, here is my rating for our experience: - Food: 3.5 - Service: 4 - Atmosphere: 4.5 - Experience: 4 We made a reservation about a month ago for the 25th of December for a party of 4. Our reservation was for 7:00, & we arrived a little late around 7:15. We were seated right away & received some amuse-bouche, a little spoon with a bite-size terrine which was very good. Bread on a skewer with olive oil & balsamic vinegar came later & we finally got a waitress at around 7:45pm which I thought took a little longer than I expected, although to their defense, the place was packed. One of us ordered a beer in can, which ended up not being in stock. He selected another beer & the waitress came back minutes later & also couldn't find that beer. She brought another beer as an optional replacement that really had nothing to do with the first 2 selections & ended up getting nothing until we would order wine. We all had the "table d'hote" meal which was actually the only option for that night. Lots of options in the menu, which was great to see. Entree: Arancini au coeur de Bocconcini While presentation was good, the arancini was frankly rather tasteless. Now it's not the most flavorful dish ever, I had this dish in other restaurants in the past & they were sinigificantly better. Note that you only get one arancini ball, which was a decent size. My rating for this dish is a 3 star. One if us had the carpaccio, which was disappointing (tasteless too) & you could tell that it was not prepared on order but rather came out of a fridge (the fringe of the dish was "stuck" to the plate as if it was dehydrated showing it was stored in a cold & dry environment before being served). The 2 others of our group ordered the "petoncles poeles" which were good, but again, not exceptional. The sauce in this dish also showed signs that it was likely prepared in advance. Interlude: cauliflower soup. This little item was actually very good. It gets a solid 4.5 as it was both creamy & tasty. Main dish: Pave de fletan roti & 1/2 queue de homard Food was well presented, & the vegetable Rosti was crispy & tasty. The fish portion was of a good size however it was basically insipid, only saved by the sauce & herbs on top of it. The half lobster tail was small & didn't have a lot of taste either. I had my dish tasted by my girlfriend just in case my tastebuds were out of whack & she confirmed my experience. Vegetables & the rosti saved the dish. My rating for this dish is a modest 3 stars. 2 of us had the veal escalope which was good, & the fourth one got the "gambas & pétoncles sur un risotto de homard", which was, as per the guest, disappointing & lacking flavor. dessert: only one option here, a Tiramisu in a glass which was very good & a nice sweet touch to the meal. It gets a 4.5. We also had 2 bottles of wine, a bottle of Cote du Rhone white & a red, around $55 per bottle. They were nice, although not exceptional. The restaurant was clean & so was our table. It presents very well & staff was friendly. Both the place & the atmosphere get a 4.5 rating. Overall, we were disappointed by the food, & we expected better. I am surprised to see so many 5-star ratings, which I tend to keep for more "exceptional" experiences in this category of restaurant. Now, the menu was ranging from $50 to $65 depending on the main dish, so we're really not in a specifically upscale restaurant to begin with. That being said, with drinks, we ended up paying over $100 per person after all was said & done, & for that price, I was expecting better. A good experience nonetheless. Overall review is a 4.

J'ai trouvé que la qualité de la cuisine avait beaucoup diminué, depuis ma dernière visite au Montego. J'avais choisi les ris de veau, qui manquaient nettement de croustillant & dont une partie manquait même de cuisson. La purée de légumes était séchée dans mon assiette, & la carotte trop dure & sans goût. Nous avons été servis très (trop) rapidement, alors qu'il y avait peu de clients. Peu de commentaires sur la suggestion accord mets/vin. Bref, je n'ai pas trouvé que ça valait le coût, contrairement à mes visites des années passées.
