Pour avoir mangé plusieurs risottos au homard chez vous, celui d'hier était bcp moins intéressant: moins goûteux, riz pas tout à fait cuit (texture pas intéressante).
Il y a 3 ou 4 semaines, j'ai mangé chez vous un duo de tartare, & aussi, pour en avoir mangé plusieurs chez vous, j'ai également été déçue.
Le service est toujours parfait & je continuerai à y aller, mais il y a sans aucun doute quelque chose qui se passe en cuisine. Merci
