Je visite votre institution depuis plusieurs années & à chaque fois j'ai hâte d'y revenir car l'expérience y est généralement très humaine, conviviale & il y a toujours ce petit brin de magie dans l'air.
Hier nous n'avons pas senti cette chaleur humaine, cette convivialité, ni ce petit quelque chose qui fait que nous aimons être à votre table! Malheureux; le service était quelconque & mécanique , les plats pas expliqués, le contact humain absent.
Considérant le nombre de grandes tables offertes, nous y penserons avant de venir payer ce que ça coûte pour passer une agréable soirée entre collègues de travail!
Espérant trouver écho à mes propos, je vous souhaite une bonne réflexion & surtout, je retrouver chez vous cette humanité qui vous a toujours élevé au-dessus du lot!

J'ai commandé l'assiette de tartare mais je n'ai pas tellement aimé.
La recette était différente...ça arrive de faire de mauvais choix!

La bavette de veau était coriace. Trop mince, trop cuite ou un peu des deux? Mais dans l'ensemble tout était très bon. Ma conjointe a adoré ses linguines aux crevettes.

Malheureusement nous étions assis à côté d'un couple sans aucune manières & sans savoir être, ce qui a gâché notre expérience mais nous savons aussi que ce n'est pas de votre faute . Casque sur la tête durant tout le repas, toussait sans mettre son coude devant la bouche, il sa mouchait avec sa serviette de table...nous aurions dit un homme des cavernes...Désagréable au plus haut point.
