Le dessert « Jos Louis » pourrait être revisité afin de diminuer un peu la forte quantité de sucre du crémage. Un simple coulis de fruits de saison sur le gâteau serait suffisant. Tout le reste était parfait!

Bonjour, cela fait plusieurs fois que je me rends dans votre restaurant personnellement. Donc je n'avais aucune crainte à le faire pour notre groupe de 10 personnes. Honnêtement, j'ai été déçue. Nous étions dans une salle en bas. Premièrement les mouches à fruits (drosophiles) se sont promener tout le long du repas, c'était pas très agréable. Service ok, nourriture en deçà de ce que j'ai l'habitude de manger chez vous....

C était parfait, mais juste une chose, pourriez vous dire a votre personnel que lorsqu'ils servent le vin, de pas versé le fond de la bouteille au complet dans le verre lorsque elle contient un dépôt de lie dedans.
