I had the most wonderful experience dining at Mora & was taken care of by Dely.
We had made a reservation for the bar side as that was all I saw available at the time. Upon arrival we asked if there were any tables open & we were seated on the second level.
Dely, our server was exceptional, knowledgeable & attentive. He provided a great run down on the menus, answered any questions we had, took his time with our service & provided great recommendations which made the night all the better.
This is a 10/10 in my books for a romantic date night with your special ones.
Bonus points for the very charming dessert menu on a can of tomatoes!

I meant to write this earlier, but I misplaced the bill & couldn't remember our server's name.
After being turned away by a rather rude hostess at the restaurant across the street, we were lucky that Mora had one of their snow globes available during the Christmas market. We stopped in for drinks, & it completely turned our day around.
We were greeted by a very kind gentleman, & from that moment our mood shifted instantly. Our server was absolutely impeccable. She recommended drinks based on what we described liking, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, & made just the right amount of small talk. Honestly, for most of our visit we were talking about how great she was - attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, & very well spoken.
It's the kind of service you don't come across very often these days, & it really stands out. We often think back to this experience when visiting other places where the service feels mediocre in comparison.
Unfortunately, we already had dinner plans & didn't get to try the food. But next time I'm in Quebec City, this will definitely be on my list.

Nous avons vécu une superbe soirée au Mora. C'était notre première expérience dans un dôme & honnêtement… c'était magique! Le dôme était très confortable, avec des couvertures à disposition, ce qui rendait l'ambiance encore plus cosy. Il y avait aussi un système pour chauffer, ce qui était apprécié, même si ça aurait pu être un peu plus chaud.
Un énorme merci à Camille, notre serveuse, qui a été aux petits soins du début à la fin : service impeccable & attentionné.
La nourriture était excellente, vraiment savoureuse. Seul petit bémol : les desserts étaient un peu limités, surtout qu'il n'y avait pas d'option avec du chocolat ou même un gelato, ce qui nous a un peu surpris.
Sinon, tout était parfait. On recommande sans hésiter !

Je suis venue pour mon anniversaire & tout était parfait : le restaurant est sublime, les plats délicieux & le service incroyablement accueillant.
Mention spéciale à Dely, dont le service a été exceptionnel avec moi - vraiment 10/10, attentionné, chaleureux & professionnel.
J'ai aussi énormément apprécié le fait qu'ils aient accepté ma réservation d'un dôme extérieur pour une seule personne, ce que d'autres restaurants refusent. C'était magique, intime & vraiment spécial.
& pour couronner le tout, pour mon anniversaire, on m'a offert un tiramisu maison avec une bougie… une attention qui m'a profondément touchée 🥹

Mon conjoint & moi avions réservé un dôme, & l'expérience était tout simplement superbe. Le restaurant est magnifique & l'ambiance est insane, chaleureuse & vraiment unique.
Notre serveur était exceptionnel (désolés, on ne se souvient plus de son nom 😅), attentionné & très professionnel.
La nourriture était excellente :
- Mise en bouche au choix du chef
- Tartare de boeuf pour moi
- Arancini pour mon conjoint
- Filet mignon pour nous deux
Tout était parfaitement exécuté, un vrai sans-faute. On aurait adoré prendre un dessert, mais on n'avait malheureusement plus faim… ce qui veut dire qu'il faudra absolument y retourner 😌🍷
My husband & I had an incredible experience here. The service was top notch, & you can really tell they pay close attention to every detail in their food.
We ordered the burrata pizza, ravioli verde, mille feuille cacio pepe, & finished with the pistachio choux for dessert, everything was beautifully prepared & full of flavor.
Portions are on the smaller side, but the quality & presentation are outstanding. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.
We are not from Quebec, but if I comeback one day I'll definitely go to this place or at least recommend it for friends & family.

Je suis allée à Québec & j'ai mangé au restaurant Mora : sincèrement, le meilleur resto où j'ai jamais mangé. Dely, le manager, était incroyable, super accueillant & professionnel.
Mais le highlight de ma soirée, c'était mon serveur Mark. Sérieusement, le meilleur serveur ever. La passion qu'il met dans ses cocktails, la manière qu'il shake le mixer avec style… wow.
La nourriture était excellente, le service impeccable, & tout le staff était super gentil. Ils ont rendu mon séjour à Québec juste incroyable. Je recommande à 100%.
