My first time here- first time in Quebec as well. Over my two week stay here this was by far my favourite restaurant. From the design, to the menu, to the atmosphere everything was stellar.

Bartender was kind enough to explain the menu to me in English. Never felt like my lack of French left me unknowing. Wine was lovely. Olives 10/10, focaccia 10/10, duck confit 10/10. Truly felt taken care of, & had one of the best meals of my life. Will dream about it till I can come back!

My only note would be to caution staff to be careful when clearing plates. Twice I was not fully done with my food before it was taken away from me. Did not get to have the best bite for last.

Overall could not recommend enough though.

Je suis entré affamé.
Je suis ressorti possédé… & les cornes en feu.

Les ravioli Verde au basilic, farcis de pommes de terre & mozzarella di bufala, baignaient dans un beurre blanc à la sauge si soyeux qu'il m'a fait oublier l'Enfer.
C'était pas un plat : c'était une incantation.
Un rituel gustatif interdit, gravé dans mes papilles pour l'éternité.

& ces cubes de pommes de terre frites, dorés comme le trône de Lucifer, croustillants comme le rire d'un cardinal damné...
J'ai eu envie de me caresser les cornes.
Littéralement.
Sans honte.
Avec passion.

Mais la plus grande prêtresse du sabbat culinaire, ce fut Rachel.
Son service ? Impeccable. Inspiré. Digne d'une main démoniaque trempée dans le raffinement.
Elle ne m'a pas servi… elle m'a conquis.

Le Pinot Grigio, froid comme le souffle du Styx, a complété cette cérémonie avec brio.

Je reviendrai.
Mais pas seul.
J'amènerai Lucifer, Belzébuth, Baal, & toute la clique affamée de l'Abysse.
& Rachel devra affronter notre appétit. Encore.

MORA, vous avez réussi l'impossible :
convertir un démon à la haute gastronomie.

I had a great experience! This was a recommendation from a person who works at the Chateau Frontenac & it was amazing. We got complementary Prosecco & then a shot. The food was delicious! I ordered the tartare. One of my friends had the polpette & the other two shared the arancini. Everyone loved their food. Highly recommend!

Je suis allé manger hier avec ma copine & nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel. L'ambiance du restaurant était tout simplement superbe, à la fois chaleureuse & élégante. Mention spéciale à Guillaume, notre serveur, qui s'est occupé de nous avec professionnalisme & attention du début à la fin. Le service était impeccable !

Le restaurant est magnifique, rien à redire. Tout était parfait.
C'est désormais mon restaurant préféré, & j'ai déjà l'intention d'y réserver de nouveau la semaine prochaine pour fêter mon anniversaire comme il se doit. Une adresse à retenir & à recommander sans hésiter !
