We went there after reading all the reviews & I must say it lives up to them. It's a small cosy pizza restaurant serving some nice Italian dishes. We went there just before their dinner was closing. Still, the server made us comfortable & gave us a table along the street. They also recommended the pizza options. We went with the Margarita & the Al Funghi with Arugula which were both good. They also have a kid size pizza in all the options for the kids.

I found this place to be a very relaxed place at lunch, with a sleek modern aesthetic. The servers were nice & provided good information. It's located perfectly on st. Jean, with you getting to sightsee outside.
I got the prosciutto + arugula pizza, the dough is on the less puffy side & more firm side of a Neapolitan pizza, particularly the crust, so I would say not as soft as the traditional, but it still has a very nice chew & gluten structure showing very good fermentation, & the car is spot on, so solid wood firing. The fior Di latte & prosciutto are very much oriented toward the centre where there is a lot, & the saltiness is very present there. But the fior was very fresh, & the arugula was alright in terms of its aromatic qualities but there are better. The san marzanoes were used very effectively & you could taste the slight sweetness all throughout. So balance is pretty well done overall, & the dough is actually quite unique with a very nice ferment. 8.7/10
Overall possibly the best you'll find in Quebec, & there are other pizzas with extremely creative toppings here that I think would be better.
I highly recommend this place for authentic ingredients in a Neapolitan style in Quebec.

Went for early dinner & pizza execution was underwhelming. Doug & sauce were excellent, def recommend red pizza. Basics were best. Got a pea & pancetta white pie & most peas were cold (frozen & not thawed & should have been blanched prior to putting on pie, or blanches longer if they were). Also got a prosciutto pie & sauce was good but prosciutto was way too thick & difficult to cut & chew. Was laid flat across the pizza after it was sliced. Really should have been thin pieces rolled up into small flower like bundles or thin & strewn. Margarita++ was excellent.

Our hotel concierge highly recommended Nina & we LOVED it. The staff & atmosphere is wonderful but the pizza is phenomenal!! Make sure to drizzle some of the delicious peppery olive oil on your crust. I can't wait to go back!!

On nous avait chaudement recommandé cette adresse pour l'une des meilleures pizzas de Québec, mais notre visite s'est malheureusement soldée par une déception.

Le positif : Un service impeccable
Rien à redire sur l'accueil & la courtoisie. Nous avons reçu un excellent service du début à la fin. L'équipe est efficace & l'ambiance de l'endroit reste agréable, mais l'expérience globale s'arrête là pour nous.

Dans l'assiette : Manque de texture & de chaleur
Nous avons commandé deux pizzas & deux citronnades. Si les boissons étaient correctes, les pizzas n'ont pas été à la hauteur des attentes :
La pâte : La croûte était plutôt élastique, manquant de ce croustillant ou de cette légèreté que l'on recherche dans une pizza artisanale.
La température : Les plats nous ont été servis à peine chauds, ce qui n'aide jamais à apprécier les saveurs.
Verdict
Bien que le service soit irréprochable, le rapport qualité-prix n'y était pas pour nous cette fois-ci. Nous avons définitivement dégusté de meilleures pizzas ailleurs au Québec. Dommage, car le potentiel semble là, mais l'exécution n'était pas au rendez-vous

Best Pizza, Lovely Staff, Cozy & Welcoming Decor!

A Long Overdue Review - Visited in October 2025

Before travelling to Québec, I made my research & Nina Pizza is one of the most recommended restaurants. Once my sister & I were in QC, we were hungry after our Parliament tour & decided to grab a quick bite, & it was only a 10-min walk. The moment we came in, we were greeted by the cozy & welcoming decor, & were offered a seat. It was not busy as it was after lunch. I ordered margherita ++ based on a review & it was the best pizza me & my sister had in Quebec. We asked the lovely female server what her recommendation for my sister & she offered a specific salad but it was out of stock, so the server recommended ceasar salad & she said they have the best ceasars. It was the best ceasear salad we've had too. I ordered a refreshing cocktail, & we also ordered cappucino & desserts. After paying, I asked her if she had recommendations for restaurants for dinner, she wrote a list of restaurants on the back of my receipt! Such a exemplary customer service!

Superbe restauration ayant pignon sur rue sur l'incontournable rue Saint-Jean, dans la ville où le fleuve se rétréci. Trop de beauté pour les papilles gustatives amatrices de pizzas napolitaines fondant en bouche ! Bébé friendly en plus ! Nos bébés adorent y faire un tour avec leurs petites mains potelées qui en redemandent encore & encore, & l'ambiance est au top, & ce peu importe l'heure de la journée. Personnel courtois, ardj'ien à voir avec le Salvatoré, pour ne pas le nommer…

Probably the best pizza in town. We had the Margherita ++ & the Greenpoint & both were fantastic.
For dessert, I recommend the pizza au Ninatella & the crostata d'acero e café. Both were to die for.

Excellent service on top of that.
