La première fois que je suis allé au Nina j'ai quand même été déçu car je trouvais que la pizza était un mess mouillé & la pâte assez''soggy'' donc je leur ai donné une deuxième chance. Au niveau du service je n'ai rien à redire, le serveur connaissait bien sont menu & était très bon. Au niveau du prix c'est très dispendieux pour la qualité de la pizza. C'est au niveau des pizza que ça se gâche ... Je tiens à dire que je voyage à travers le monde pour trouver les meilleurs Pizza & chez Nina je suis terriblement déçu de voir à quel point le résultat est toujours le même malgré leurs installations & leur four de qualité. La qualité des ingrédients est au rendez vous oui mais la pâte est mal étiré, considérant que la pâte est de style poolish, la coute est pleine comme un pain, il n'y a aucun air dans la croute se qui rendrait la pizza plus légère. La croute est molle & mal cuite. Les ingrédients suintent & ça rends la pizza toute mouillée... Il n'y a rien de croustillant. Une Pizza Napolitaine est supposé être un peu mouillée au centre, pas mouillé comme une soupe & ont est supposé avoir un contraste de texture avec la croute se qui est totalement absent. Malgré tout j'aime beaucoup leur pâte, j'en achète régulièrement, mais elle est clairement mal cuite. Restaurant très overhyped selon moi. Malgré leurs bonne note général sur google, Il y aurait place à beaucoup d'amélioration & je vois qu'il y a plusieurs mauvais avis concernant cette croute pleine, molle au centre extrêmement mouillé qui ne se tiens pas. Je ne recommande pas si vous êtes à la recherche d'un pizza napolitaine classique

The best pizza I tried (same level as Italy), everything is delicious. I recommend the Margarita because the tomato sauce is excellent & the Ninatella pizza (must try).

Notre restaurant préféré de pizza à Québec! Service attentionné & rapide. Nous recommandons de réserver d'avance pour une place à une table, sinon le comptoir est souvent libre pour les walk-ins. Ambiance plus calme pour le service du diner.

So good we had to go back & bring friends! Honestly, everything we had was amazing! The quality of the ingredients is evident. The service was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We visited Quebec City in August 2024. We came across Nina Pizza & decided to give it a try since they also had gluten free crust. I am so glad we did it. It is by far the best GF pizza we have ever had in a restaurant. They make crust in-house, which is almost unheard of in the U.S. We even bought two crusts home. Highly highly recommend it!

If you want to celebrate your birthday here, I recommend you not to do this. The waitress brought this thing with a candle that was not lit. She put it on the table & left without fire on the candle, so my friends got out of this situation by transferring the fire from the candle on the table to the candle in the "cake". Then we asked the manager about the type of cake & the fact that no one cared about the candle. He told me that he was the only one in the restaurant who had a lighter & that I should be grateful for this FREE cake, because not all places do this. I have been to places in many countries on different continents & I have something to compare with. The result was that I should be grateful for pieces of pizza dough, a spoonful of Nutelli & a drop of whipped cream. The AC was not working while there was 32 degrees outside. That's why lots of flies were bothering us. ✨Response to owner's comment: I think that sarcastic remarks towards customers should be saved for their birthday as well as the service offered by your employees taken place yesterday. In addition, customers are not responsible for your management & organizational issues. A table was reserved for 5 people. I was given 6, what questions can you ask me if I initially made it clear that there would be 5 people? Beyond that, thank you for your worries but it is not your business whether the person could come or not. The orders for this table were paid for, so try to find other arguments that will defend the unprofessionalism of your managers & the policy of your establishment in general. 😍

We were searching for restaurants with good vegetarian options & stumbled upon Nina's! They had an abundance of vegetarian & vegan options, as well as so many mocktails! To say the pizza was delicious would be an understatement. I got the lemonade & marinara (both amazing), & my husband got the iced tea & prosciutto e rucola (which he loved). The restaurant was decorated so nicely & the staff were polite & efficient. I recommend early as they can get busy! Hope to be back soon!
