I will start by this, if you are in Quebec City & you like pizza, you can't miss this place. Very chic & minimalistic vibes with decent amount of seating including at the bar & the pizza oven bar area. Extremely friendly service which made it even more special. We had the Olive, Ravanelli, Pomodori Arrostiti Labneh as a starter, which was very good & definitely fusion based. The funghi pizza...speechless, it's the best funghi pizza I've had & almost went back the next day to have it again. Thank you so much & can't wait to visit you again!

Les pizzas ont l'air appétissantes lorsqu'elles arrivent sur nos tables, avec des ingrédients de garniture de qualité. Cependant, la pâte est un véritable désastre. Le centre de la pizza est détrempé, & la croûte sur les bords est à moitié cuite, dense, & n'a pas eu le temps de gonfler. On dirait que la pâte n'a pas assez levé ou que la pizza n'a pas cuit assez longtemps. Au final, la pâte n'était tout simplement pas assez cuite, ce qui a un peu gâché l'expérience. Après tout, l'élément le plus important d'une pizza, c'est la pâte, pas la garniture. Je leur souhaite de s'améliorer, car le service & l'ambiance sont top !
