We are from NY & while we love NY style pizza, this place really hit the spot. All the flavors were balanced. The tomato sauce was slightly sweet & flavorful. The crust was perfect. Our family of 4 each got our own pie. While pricey, it was well worth it for a delicious meal.

To us this was more of a 3.5. lively little place with good service. We found it to be expensive at $31 (Canadian) for the pizza. The biggest drawback was probably not their fault at all... We are just not quite as big fans of Neapolitan pizza with its mushy center. That said, the crust was very tasty & the ingredients all seemed fresh. Certainly a nice pizza shop & worth the trip, especially if you enjoy their style of pizza.

Nice Napoletain pizzas. We had the pizza with home made spicy nduja & the Margarita. The crust was perfect. They also have a nice selection of wine reasonably priced. We shared a very nice bottle of white bourgogne. The service is pleasant & personal.

Highly recommended for gluten free pizza, which was exceptional & the server assured me they took precautions taken to prepare it & cook separately on its own tray. For a gluten free dough the crust was crispy with a lovely spongey interior, remarkable work by their chefs (& I've had a lot of gluten free pizza in Italy to judge). I hope one day the tiramisu is gluten free also so I can try that!

Fantastic Pizza. One of the best pies ever. Insalata Amara, Salsiccia & Carciofo Prosciutto Cotto pizzas & teramisu. Salsiccia is a perfect blend of spicy sausage & honey drizzle; soooo good! The Cotto pie carries a smooth theme of ham & vegis paired with the spicy evoo & it's just perfect. The crust is soft with the perfect crunchy outside. Can't wait for the leftovers tonight!
The teramisu is a solid finisher with the proper proportions of coffe & cream.
We arrived at 5 without reservations & we're told we had to be done by 7; no problem for these 2 Americans. Very nice waitstaff with great descriptions & very helpful. Taste all the wine you want, they bring the bottles to the table.

As a real Neapolitan, I have to say the pizza was decent - the dough & flavor were okay, but the crust was a bit too burnt for my taste. It's not exactly like the pizza you'd find in Naples, but for being in Quebec City, it wasn't bad at all.

Overall, not the best, but not the worst either - a fair option if you're looking for something close to authentic Italian pizza. 🇮🇹

What a wonderful welcome to Quebec City! ⚜?
Both the food & drinks are spectacular, & the service is equally fantastic.

The fresh & thoughtful ingredients made for the best pizza we have ever had in our lives.🍕 The crust was the the foundation of perfection that persisted throughout the whole pizza. They offer an extensive & unique drink menu & I personally loved the delightfully refreshing non-alcoholic house juice that was hand mixed at the bar.

To top it all off, our charming server was kind & helpful from the moment we stepped through the door. 🧑🏻?💼

I hope we have the pleasure & opportunity to eat here again. They should have as many Michelin stars as this review. Life changing. It was seriously that good. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

pizzas were very good & great atmosphere! it felt like i was transported back to italy!! the topping were a bit much for the thin crust as the bottom crust was a tad soggy but overall flavor was excellent. i would definitely come back to try other pies!
