About

On October 1, 2015, after 14 months of development, Noctem Artisans Brasseurs opens its doors on rue du Parvis in Quebec City in a brew-pub formula. It is not without a good dose of stress that this project including a complete catering offer as well as a craft brewery opens its doors with a team of totally inexperienced owners. From the opening, hard work has gone into providing our customers with the best products and the best possible experience with us.

From October 2017, with an independent and efficient team at the brewpub, work began to find a location to set up a can beer production plant. This project will see the light of day in December 2018 on rue Vincent-Massey in the Saint-Malo district of Quebec. The products brewed there are mostly recent IPA recipes such as Catnip, which represent a high proportion of the factory's production. These products are quickly finding takers and will justify an increase in the initial capacity from 250,000L in December 2018 to more than double following the expansion in April 2020.

Despite all these developments and the associated learnings, what drives us remains the hard and perpetual work to improve our processes and our products to offer our customers quality craft beer that they can then enjoy and share!

Great terrace for warm & sunny summer days. Attentive & smiling service & good beer selection, including a great zero alcohol beer which I ordered. The hummus was surprisingly delicious (meaning way above expectations for such a basic dish) & the whole table couldn't help but taste it.

Great beer with a selection for all pallets. Although they are famous for their Catnip, you should try some of their others.

Lovely little local brewery with friendly staff & plenty of outdoor seating. Tried a flight & all of the beers were good but I especially liked the Catnip IPA & the Sour beer. Sadly they no longer serve the duck confit poutine but I did enjoy the nachos. Also took the maple cake to-go. It's light & delicate not too sweet at all.

Not my first time there, usually love the place & the beer. But the last time was one of my worst experience in a resto.
I do believe it is because of the waitress we had; lazy & condescending. Never checked on us, my food was bad. (i understand mistake in the kitchen happen, not my point), But she just smiled & said:'too bad for you' left with my plate & charged me the full price. never offered to re-do or anything. just left with the full plate.

Cats make it cool, the beers make it outstanding!

Even with the kitchen out of service the bar snacks were outstanding.

The team are known for their IPAs but the Mexican larger & gose were outstanding too. The big IPAs don't drink at the ABV they are.

Also the brewery is an great gateway to the local area. Enjoy the music instrument shops, bars & cafes.

& you are staying in the old town or port area, it involves zero stairs or big high gradient hills to get too...
