About

On October 1, 2015, after 14 months of development, Noctem Artisans Brasseurs opens its doors on rue du Parvis in Quebec City in a brew-pub formula. It is not without a good dose of stress that this project including a complete catering offer as well as a craft brewery opens its doors with a team of totally inexperienced owners. From the opening, hard work has gone into providing our customers with the best products and the best possible experience with us.

From October 2017, with an independent and efficient team at the brewpub, work began to find a location to set up a can beer production plant. This project will see the light of day in December 2018 on rue Vincent-Massey in the Saint-Malo district of Quebec. The products brewed there are mostly recent IPA recipes such as Catnip, which represent a high proportion of the factory's production. These products are quickly finding takers and will justify an increase in the initial capacity from 250,000L in December 2018 to more than double following the expansion in April 2020.

Despite all these developments and the associated learnings, what drives us remains the hard and perpetual work to improve our processes and our products to offer our customers quality craft beer that they can then enjoy and share!

Incredible Experience with the Best Hosts!

Jay Boy (Quebec) & Paul (Normandy) were the best hosts ever! Honestly, I've been to Paris & expected Quebec to feel similar, but this experience was even better-thanks to the amazing people. We walked over 30 minutes in -30°C just to get here, & it was the best decision ever. The atmosphere was incredible, the beer was top-notch, & the vibe was unmatched. If you're looking for a place with great drinks & even better company, this is it!

Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Cheers to Jay Boy & Paul for making it unforgettable!

I was really looking forward to eating here as I enjoy their beer, but the service was absolutely awful & the food wasn't particularly great. Our server didn't seem to want to be there & wasn't very kind with us or neighbouring patrons.

Fantastic beers. Had 2 flights, & every beer was on point. I came for the IPAs, which were great, but the California Common was my favorite.

Visited on June 10, 2017 in the evening. Located on the main thoroughfare of St. Rock in Quebec City, facing a park & next to a pedestrian street. It's fairly young (not even two years old) medium size pub, minimum decor. About 10 house beers on tap, I tried a grapefruit & pepper stout, quite nice. The food looks good but did not partake. The crowd was mostly young, it was at 9PM on a Saturday night, but not being in the old part of town, not the tourist type, & the price reflect that, still it's not a neighborhood type place. This is a do again in the afternoon!

Interesting plates but the reason to go is the range of beers they have. There is a place in the back where they brew the beer & is visible from the street. Excellent service & nice atmosphere.
