La nourriture était bonne, mais la cuisse de poulet était vraiment petite. De plus, au moment de l'addition, j'ai eu une mauvaise surprise : on m'a proposé une salade à la place des frites, sans me prévenir que c'était un supplément.

Correcte mais sans plus. La salade était noyée dans la sauce, les frites sont bof...on a du demander de l'eau 3 fois parce qu'elle arrivait avec un verre a la fois...bref je ny avais jamais mis les pieds & je ne crois pas y retourner.

Very nice service & great food. Their poutine is the proper one, with tasty gravy & large soft cheese curds. The beef sandwich was amazing too. We also enjoyed the Caesar salad. Highly recommend!

La qualité de la nourriture est généralement bonne, comparable aux autres Normandin. Nous sommes peut-être mal tombés, mais la salade Thaï (1ère expérience) était mangeable. Le poulet pané était en forme de petites bouchées très dures, ça ne goûtait pas du tout le poulet.
Les serveuses étaient clairement débordées, elles couraient partout & il était difficile d'avoir leur attention. Le service était très lent, & inexistant à partir du moment que nous avons été servis (nous y étions à l'heure de pointe pour le dîner, mais la lenteur semblait en majeure partie associée au manque de main d'oeuvre).
Une serveuse à été très désagréable envers une jeune qui n'a pas nettoyée la table comme il le fallait. Elle a lâché un « Ostie de câlisse » pas très discret.
Finalement, la propreté des toilettes laissait à désirer.
