Pas de soupe. Parce qu'ils ferment dans une heure.

Je m'excuse, mais si ton restaurant est encore ouvert & que la soupe est sur ton menu, elle doit être disponible...

Service exécrable pour un mercredi après midi alors que la salle à manger est presque vide.
On nous a répondu à 6 reprises qu'on allait nous donner une table par 3 services différentes & au final, elles se sont lancer la balle (soit nous 4) avant de finalement décider de nous asseoir à l'intérieur sans nous demander notre préférence.

Le repas a prit 30 minutes à arriver. Les crudités des enfants ont été oubliés. Il manquait de poulet dans le club sandwich. Bref la nourriture était soso…

Le toilette était également salle (toilette handicapé).

La serveuse qui joue sur son téléphone derrière le comptoir en parlant aux cuisinier…
La serveuse n'est jamais venu nous voir pour nous demander notre avis…
Il manquait de l'eau, la facture a été interminable à arrivé (nous avons passé proche de partir sans payer pour vous dire)….
On a du se présenter à lavant pour recevoir notre facture.
Ben le fun de savoir que la serveuse doit aller acheter des choses au Dollarama en finissant de travailler.

Bonne chose qu'il y a environs 10 Normandin à Québec.
