Commande par téléphone 2x 9 morceaux de poulet (je laisse mon numéro de tell)
Attend 30min, on va chercher la commande.
La fille nous fait payer. Puis nous annonce que a oui on a plus de poulet depuis hier.
Aucune offre de dédommagement, on va vous rembourser merci bonsoir …..

Autre que les déjeuners, je peux comprendre que vous prenez des réservations, par contre avoir 20 personnes dans son entré qui attendent debout depuis 25 minutes, lorsque des tables se libèrent ils placent des réservées sur les tables, pendant que les 20 clients sont debout.
Svp pas de réservations pour les déjeuner.
De plus si vous ouvriez le bar, avant 11h, vous offriez plus de service.
