Commande passée en ligne à 6 h 50, reçue seulement à 8 h 37. À l'arrivée, le repas était très froid, les frites trop cuites avec un fort goût d'huile.
J'ai appelé à trois reprises pour avoir un suivi. On m'a chaque fois répondu que la livraison était « en chemin ».
J'ai finalement parlé au gérant, Raphaël, qui m'a assuré que le repas serait chaud grâce à des sacs chauffants… ce qui était totalement faux.
Aucune empathie ni compréhension de sa part face à la situation.
Devant la qualité du repas & le service reçu, j'ai donc mentionné que je ne paierais pas la facture.
Expérience très décevante, tant au niveau de la nourriture que du service à la clientèle.

Bon restaurant familial avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous aimons particulierement leur pizza & les plats de Bob le chef, plus partculierement la pizza au homard en été.

Dans le contexte actuel, un dimanche midi, 5 personnes, le service était parfait la qualité de la nourriture
est toujours constante chez Normandin. Nos amis de Trois-Rivières ont bien apprécié. Continuez!
