Encore un déjeuner raté au Normandin cap rouge !
9hrs30 on nous place à une table & on attend que quelqu'un vienne nous apportez un menu & un café dix minutes passé & devons demander si il y a une serveuse, ça sera pas long.
Bon on commande & 25 minutes plus tard ça arrive, ouf pas appétissant, vieilles patates molles & froide, je retourne l'assiette & 10 minutes plus tard ça revient vieilles mêmes patates réchauffées & bacon raide eau goût de calciné.
Pas fini mon déjeuner & aucune excuses d'avoir servi ce mauvais déjeuner.
C'était la même chose il y a six mois ,donc ça fait partie de l'ADN Normandin de cap rouge.

Le service est tellement lent pour déjeuner on dirait qu'il manque d'employé ; je me lève pour mon condiment & fait des signes pour des condiments & du café lors de mes deux dernières visites. Une fois assis, On a mit +10min à venir me saluer pour les deux fois.

Nous avons pris un café chacun sur la terrasse hier pm, aucune serviette de table, ni aucun napperon, aucun réchaud & le tout pour 10.$ incluant le pourboire...Désolé mais ce sera la dernière fois.

La serveuse manque peut-être d'expérience mais elle n'a pas offert de sucre pour le café, ni de confitures pour les rôtis. & l'assiette campagnarde à la viande manque de sauce hollandaise.

Je ne comprends pas, le service s'effectue mais les jeunes personnes n'offre pas les condiments (beurre d'arachides, ketchups..) alors quoi je dois placer ma commande de café, repas & mentionner mes condiments? Je crois qu'un rethinks est nécessaire avant la serveuse (serveur) pouvait offrir a meme le plateau lors de la remise des plats....avez-vous essayé vous meme les dirigeants votre service? Si on a pas mentionné lors de la commande il est quasiment impossible de recroiser le personnel car ils sont absolument toujours trop occupé....Dirigeants allez-vous essayer & assumer vos décisions de changement? Aussi....vos menus sont sales & collé un nettoyage est urgent mais encore une fois si vous essayez vos restos ....vous verrez!
