Nous avons récemment visité le restaurant Normandin & notre expérience a été extrêmement décevante. La serveuse est venue prendre notre commande les mains pleines de déchets provenant d'une autre table, ce qui était non seulement peu hygiénique mais aussi très dérangeant. Elle nous a apporté des cafés sans même nous demander si nous en voulions, & comme personne à notre table ne souhaitait de café, elle a fini par les jeter, un gaspillage inacceptable. De plus, elle a oublié l'extra de pommes de terre de mon ami. Nos assiettes ont été apportées par l'hôtesse & personne n'est revenu vérifier si tout allait bien. Les plats étaient froids, secs & très peu garnis. La seule chose vraiment bonne dans nos assiettes était la confiture de fraises maison. Pour une facture de plus de 50$ pour un petit-déjeuner, c'est vraiment décevant. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle pour exprimer mon mécontentement & on m'a assuré qu'un suivi serait fait. Cependant, plusieurs jours ont passé & je n'ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles. Lorsqu'on paie pour un service & qu'on se déplace, le minimum serait de recevoir un service de base, ce que nous n'avons même pas eu. Je suis très déçu car j'ai toujours apprécié Normandin, ayant moi-même travaillé pour cette entreprise pendant plusieurs années. Je comprends que des mauvaises journées peuvent arriver, mais cela ne devrait pas se répercuter sur la qualité du service & des repas pour les clients.

La pizza déjeuner ce n'est que de la pâte mais est bonne. La serveuse n'était pas sympathique , Après mon arrivée ça a pris un bon 40 minutes à avoir mon déjeuner & n'est jamais revenue offrir du café ou autre il a fallu que j'aille au comptoir demander ma facture pour payer. Je crois qu'elle aurait dû rester couchée ce matin là & probablement tous les autres matins aussi.
