Une expérience décevante côté service. Nos repas ont été servis avant nos cocktails, que nous attendions depuis longtemps. Lorsque nous avons demandé à la serveuse qui a apporté nos assiettes où en étaient nos drinks, elle a simplement répondu :'Ce n'est pas mon département.'Après une plus longue attente encore, nous avons vu nos drinks prêts sur le comptoir du bar. Voyant une autre de nos serveuse passer devant sans s'en soucier, j'ai dû me lever moi-même pour aller les chercher. Résultat : la glace avait fondu & les bloody étaient complètement dilués.La serveuse s'est excusée en rejetant la faute sur le bar (disant qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule personne, ce qui était faux puisqu'ils étaient trois & peu occupés). Elle aurait mieux fait de s'excuser honnêtement & de nous en préparer de nouveaux. Visiblement, le personnel manque de coordination & est plus concentré à jaser entre eux qu'à s'occuper des clients.

Ambiance Bar américain. Vous oubliez où vous êtes. Situé idéalement face à l hotel Montagnais. En plus le lundi remise sur les burgers & tartares. Accueil très sympathique & bonnes bières. Je recommande

Super endroit pour boire un verre (très grand choix de cocktails) & manger un bout. Concept qui pourrait très bien s'exporter vers l'Europe.
