Bien aimé l'ambiance tranquille du dimanche même si j'aime ca quand même le vendredi & samedi. Tres bien mangé, bon servive. Bon cocktail. Un de mes resto préféré. Peu importe ce qu'on mange, toujours excellent & portion plus que genereuse

La serveuse : elle n'est pas humaine, classée Déesse....
Service des dieux & rien de moins.
Humberger : pas assez épicé... l'autre jour la viande pas assez cuite, mmm... le PATRON devrait le redéguster pour en faire
un DIX ÉTOILES.... SHAKER DOIT VISER LA PERFECTION

Les bancs sont trop lourd donc difficile de s'approcher près de la table.
Nos cartes cadeaux non pas pu être utilisées à cause de votre système informatique défectueux ou non programmé. Bref très décevant je vais m'en rappeler. Une responsable est venu mais elle est repartie sans rien faire.
Extremely disappointing experience at Shakers. We waited more than 1.5 hours just to order food, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. After that, we waited more than another 30 minutes to receive our food - a Caesar salad & a poutine.
At that point, we had already paid for our drinks & decided to leave. The restaurant did end up comping the food, & we took it to go, but that did not make up for the overall experience. Once we got back to the hotel, the Caesar salad was tasteless & extremely disappointing. The so-called crispy chicken was especially poor - I had one piece of'crispy' chicken (less than a quarter of a breast) , & the salad was definitely not worth a two-hour wait.
Waiting that long for basic food, only to receive something bland & underwhelming, is unacceptable. We left frustrated, disappointed, & knowing our time had been completely wasted.
We will not be back, & we will not be recommending Shakers to anyone. If I could give less than 1-star, I would.
Absolutely hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. Definitely never going back. Almost 2hrs spent waiting to be seat & place an order. Finally had just give up & leave. They did however comp us our meal & packed to go, & only two pieces of chicken on my salad. They need to do much better. Hope others never have experience this disaster we had tonight. Still feel I am being generous with how many stars I giving. Completely shameful!!!
Nous avions réservé pour 14 personnes, & il y avait seulement 12 chaises, 8 verres & 6 kits d'ustensiles. Deux personnes sont restées debout sans chaise pendant un long moment avant qu'on nous apporte les chaises manquantes. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises des verres d'eau & des ustensiles sans succès. Plusieurs délais pour les breuvages, & nous avons attendu très longtemps pour commander. Au moment de recevoir les entrées, nous n'avions toujours pas d'ustensiles & avons du nous lever & aller les chercher nous meme dans le tiroir après en avoir redemandé plusieurs fois & avoir attendu. Nous n'avions toujours pas reçu les verres d'eau manquants. Les repas étaient excellents, & les employés d'aide ont été très rapide & efficace pour débarasser les entrées qui demeuraient toujours sur la table. Nous avons attendu le serveur 45 minutes après avoir été débarassés des repas pour demander les factures, mais aucun serveur n'était sur le plancher. Nous avons dû nous lever pour demander au barman les factures, & des erreurs ont été faites dans les factures. Bien que nous avons bien mangé, nous n'avons simplement eu aucun service à part par les suiteurs à la réception des plats principaux.
