Excellent service de la part de la jeune fille qui malgré son jeune âge. Nous démontre une grande expérience avec le service au client. Toujours souriante & polie.
De plus une rapidité pour avoir mon repas, chaud & très bon.😊

Nous sommes des habitués des restaurants Normandin. C'est notre restaurant passe-partout & nous sommes allés dans plusieurs différents. Mais, celui-ci est de loin le meilleur! Tellement, que nous sommes aller souper 4 fois dans le dernier mois! À chaque fois, nous avons un très bon service & la nourriture est toujours excellente. De plus, les plats sont toujours chaud, ils n'attendent pas sous le réchaud!! C'est très important pour nous.

Après chaque Noël, lorsqu'on remonte à Montréal, on arrête dans ce restaurant Normandin. Ce soir, vendredi 27 décembre 2025, on a perpétué la tradition. Service bien, ainsi que la nourriture & le temps d'attente. Rendu pour payer, la serveuse m'a présenté la machine de paiement avec les choix du pourboire en %. Le plus petit % est 18%. Son air à changé lorsque j'ai voulu la fonction pour laisser un montant d'argent. Lorsqu'elle a vu que j'ai laissé un peu plus de 10%, elle a dit le montant à voix haute. Par la suite, lorsqu'elle nous a donné nos breuvages pour la route, je les ai reçu avec un air bête sans nous saluer Je sais qu'il faut donner environ 15%. Le coût de la vie est élevé pour tout le monde & Noël coûte cher. J'ai trouvé sa réaction inadéquat & irrespectueux. C'est presque enfantin. Pour l'année prochaine on va y penser à 2 fois.
