Je suis aller diner le 3 sept le midi j ai commander un repas midi pidza frite & ça pris presque trois quart heure a recevoir mon assiette & elle était tiède très déçu car j arrêtait toujours la pour manger pense pas y retourner ce triste merci

Je tiens à partager mon expérience au restaurant Normandin lors d'une sortie d'équipe de hockey avec un groupe d'environ 30 personnes.

Dès le départ, on nous a imposé un menu de groupe beaucoup trop cher : 20 $ pour un repas bambino (frite froide & boisson). J'ai ensuite voulu simplement commander un smoke meat, mais la serveuse a refusé, disant que je devais absolument prendre le menu de groupe.

Le plus frustrant : d'autres membres de notre groupe ont pu commander ce qu'ils voulaient sans restriction. Aucune logique, aucune cohérence.

J'en ai parlé au gestionnaire sur place, mais il avait clairement zéro intérêt à comprendre ou régler la situation. Aucune excuse, aucun merci, même après que j'aie payé ma facture.

Bref, première & dernière fois au Normandin. Très mauvaise expérience & un service qui laisse vraiment à désirer.

Pizza vraiment bonne mais frites & oignons français ça fait dur .Les frites ressemble à des congelées sec & goute rien, oignon français gros comme des beignes panure vraiment pas aimé.
Serveuse vraiment pas à l'écoute aucun intérêt je lui ai dit mes commentaires de façon très poli elle m'a répondu en me disant qu'elle était bien contente qu'on ait aimé ???

J'ai mangé au mois de juin un smash Burger personnellement je m'attendait à plus & comme toujours les frites sont molle je viens d'y retourner & il y a eu sûrement un mise à jour car tout était bon

Très décevant pour un Normandin. On a attendu plus d'une heure pour recevoir notre commande. Plusieurs erreurs sur la commande. Pizza très médiocre & frites molles & petites. Nourriture sèche. Nous n'irons plus manger là. Payer 85$ pour 2 & pas content.

Bien mais sans plus... Il y avait des céréale écrasé sur le plancher & on était sur l'heure du souper.. Nous avons demander de la mayo pour les frites mais nous l'avons jamais reçu
