Commande passé à 20h05 & une heure plus tard nous n'avions toujours aucunes nouvelles.
Brenda Lee nous a répondu & nous a rie en pleine face en nous lançant des explications bidons avec arrogance.
Heureusement, Lily Fée a été très gentille & très professionnelle. Elle a fait la livraison, même ça ne faisait pas parti de ses tâches .
Le gérant n'était pas présent & il a laissé Lily Fée dans une situation très stressante pour son jeune âge.
Bravo à toi Lily !
Pour ce qui esr de la fameuse Brenda, un congédiement serait grandement mérité.
