Bonjour, je suis arrivée au restaurant à 11h15, on a reçu nos assiettes vers 1h. Quand j'ai reçu mon plat c'était la mauvaise commande, de plus j'avais commandé une pizza déjeuner & l'oeuf sur le dessus était très baveux qu'on a du l'apportez chez nous pour la remettre au four. Très mauvaise expérience, des clients de perdu.

Temps d'attente extrêmement long, installés à 11h10, boissons servies à 11h30, 11h45 commande prise, 12h30 commande servie. Entre temps aucun refill de café, ni soucis de savoir si tout va bien. Fort achalandage mais suffisamment de personnel en salle, en cuisine pas suffisamment j'imagine. Nous avons donc eu largement le temps d'observer l'organisation du service & du personnel, déduction : personnel désintéressé malgré les efforts de certain. Organisation sous productive car non utilisation de matériel approprié & personnel ne travaillant pas de façon efficace & efficiente, pas d'esprit d'équipe & aucune vision d'ensemble du sercice & de la salle. Je ne sais pas comment cela se passe en cuisine mais j'imagine que c'est identique. Bref c'était la troisième fois & la dernier car sur les trois derniers repas pris à cette place c'était toujours la même chose & cela sur une période de 1 an, donc dommage. Mettez vos efforts sur la formation & l'esprit d'équipe & insistez sur l'organisation du service répartition des tables en ordre d'arrivée dans les sections, attribution des tâches mieux définie & restriction du nombre de client si la cuisine ne suit pas le rythme. Bon courage & bonne chance. Un client qui ne reviendra jamais.
