malgre ce tres bon pointage, j aimerais souligner que le temps d attente a été long ( une vingtaine de minutes ) bien que nous avions une reservation. L'attente debout pour certaines personnes peut etre incommodante

Serveuse souriante & gentille. Malgré le fait quel était la seule comme serveuse pour le côté restaurant! Elle n'a jamais perdu son sourire & son professionnalisme. Très bon service!

Après 20 minutes d'attente, aucun bonjour, aucun serveur n'est venu nous voir. Nous nous sommes sentis complètement ignorés. C'était notre première & dernière visite à ce resto. Désolés, nous sommes ressortis le ventre vide pour aller vers un endroit plus accueillant. L'accueil légendaire des beaucerons en prend un coup dans ce resto.

Je suis aller souper à votre restaurant dimanche le 2 juillet, j'ai eu un excellent service & mon repas m'a convenu. Mais j'ai mangé de travers tout au long de mon repas car le gérant se défoulait sur le personnel en donnant des ordres très fort, en ridiculisant même une serveuse & il agissait ainsi devant la clientèle. Je suis de Québec & quand je vais à Ste-Marie j'arrêtais toujours manger à ce restaurant, je crois bien que c'était la dernière fois. Courage mesdames qui y travaillé, prenez la peine de porter plainte,ce personnage grossier & ne respectant pas sa clientèle en vous invectivant ne mérite pas de respect. addition 1464

Notre serveur a été vraiment excellent. Toutefois, l'accueil laisse à désirer. Nous avons attendu dsbs le hall d'entrée au moins 4-5 min alors que nous étions les seuls 4 clients dans l'entrée, que plein d'employés étaient tout près de nous mais aucun ne nous a salué ou dit bonjour. Il était 10:00 samedi matin. Un bonjour serait la moindre des choses.
