Commander à 15:00 pour une livraison pour 18:00. La commander est arrivée à 20:00 nous ne l'avons pas accepté. Service de livraison vraiment nulle, même si commande passée plus tôt.

Commande en livraison (5 heures d'avance) pour 16h45 un jeudi. Il est rendu 17h15 & toujours rien. J'appelle au restaurant & on me dit que le livreur n'est toujours pas parti avec ma commande (je suis à 20 minutes de là). Il arrive à 17h40, les pizzas commandées sont à moitié cuites. Pour une commande totalisant presque 100$ & commandée à l'avance, c'est vraiment décevant !

Je tiens à partager mon expérience au restaurant Normandin lors d'une sortie d'équipe de hockey avec un groupe d'environ 30 personnes.

Dès le départ, on nous a imposé un menu de groupe beaucoup trop cher : 20 $ pour un repas bambino (frite froide & boisson). J'ai ensuite voulu simplement commander un smoke meat, mais la serveuse a refusé, disant que je devais absolument prendre le menu de groupe.

Le plus frustrant : d'autres membres de notre groupe ont pu commander ce qu'ils voulaient sans restriction. Aucune logique, aucune cohérence.

J'en ai parlé au gestionnaire sur place, mais il avait clairement zéro intérêt à comprendre ou régler la situation. Aucune excuse, aucun merci, même après que j'aie payé ma facture.

Bref, première & dernière fois au Normandin. Très mauvaise expérience & un service qui laisse vraiment à désirer.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous décidons de donner une'dernière chance' au Normandin Ste Marie & aujourd'hui c'était la dernière. Service très long, plus de 30 min avant d'avoir notre assiette déjeuner & mes oeufs & ma crepe n'était pas cuites. Chaque fois c'est la même chose, peut importe, semaine ou fin de semaine, déjeuner ou souper. C'est inteminable. Ça doit leur coûter cher de dessert au nombre de fois qu'ils doivent s'excuser pour la lenteur du service. PLUS JAMAIS
