C'était une très agréable expérience, avec le chef qui nous'raconte' les ingrédients (provenance, qui fait les recettes, le comment pourquoi & qui derrière chaque saveur). Tellement plus que ce que je m'attendais.

On a adoré notre souper. L'ambiance était parfaite & que dire de la nourriture wow un vrai plaisir pour les yeux & les papilles gustatives. Le personnel est accueillant & chaleureux. Le chef qui nous a préparer les plats était sans aucun doute à sa place il s'est mettre de l'ambiance & présente ses plats à merveille. On s'est bien régalé. C'est sûr qu'on y retourne.

Très belle expérience, le concept & la nourriture était parfaite.
Le chef a pris le temps de discuter avec la clientèles tout en servant les repas très rapidement.
Nous allons définitivement visiter de nouveau lorsque nous sommes en ville.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience. 10/10 les choix du chef étaient vraiment excellents. Nous allons retourner pour essayer le menu à la carte. Nous recommandons pour une date en amoureux c'est parfait.

This was the most fantastic sushi I have ever had!!! From the start, the thoughtfulness that went into where we were seated (sat us close to the chef as it was our first time & because we spoke English, they went out of their way check-in on us, outside of their general French communication to the rest of the sushi river patrons) was so thoughtful & accommodating. The service from the beginning to the end was exceptional. The staff worked as a team & made sure all of our needs were met & tended to without any wait time! I would recommend this restaurant 10 times over! Already excited to return when we revisit Quebec! :)

Superbe soirée, une première pour nous mais loin d'être la dernière! Nous y retournerons un soir où ce ne sera pas à volonté pour satisfaire notre côté épicurien. Le chef Kevin nous a très bien partagé l'information & était très sympathique!

Sérieux la place est malade !!! Les sushis sont gouteux, une explosion de saveur culinaire à chaque bouchée. L'ambiance, le personnel & la musique sont parfaits. Le chef nous explique chaque sushi en détail, ce qui rend l'expérience extraordinaire. Je vous recommande fortement de prendre l'option au bar avec la rivière à bateau.
