I don't think this restaurant should go beyond a three star rating. Ordered the French onion soup & the manicotti.

The soup was not very tasty & the manicotti was not good either. Both seemed to be thawed & reheated & served with hope that no one would notice.

Restaurant very crowded.

The employees moved the table a bit closer to our which was not a great idea because then the server back end was always in my face

The accordion player was talented but it was to much of it .. ruining the atmosphere

Very crowded & kind of noisy place to eat.

I guess its a lesson learned

Excellent food, excellent service with extra special attention from the accordian player. Etienne was our waiter who provided extra attention to us as we were celebrating our 30th anniversary.. Thank you for making our anniversary memorable.

First of all the service here was very very good. These people seemed pretty understaffed & packed but were very attentive as a team. My wife got manicotti she didn't like it but only because the pesto pasta was very strong & flavorful. It was very good pasta. A very well put together dish. I got Alfredo with chicken it was Olive Gardenesque . Not bad & not great. As you read in other review the bread is weird hard cold crunchy bread mixed with cold regular bread & ice cold unspreadable butter. I have eaten in 100's of Italian restaurants this isn't a normal thing. They also have an accordion player. It's pretty cool. You can tell the guy is loved & its the real true mystique & draw of the place. He is very talented . In a city full of amazing restaurants i probably wouldn't go back here. Also, not to be a jerk but it's kinda tacky & childish to put a (.) as a response to a bad review . In fact you literally ask someone why 3 stars not 4 & it almost made me go back & change my review to 3 . When i basically only give 5's Yah yah i know you don't care. 4.1

Staff & atmosphere were excellent, my chicken parm was thin & dried out, otherwise a great restaurant, with a very personable accordion player. We'd definitely go back!

We had the BEST time at this restaurant! The waitstaff were friendly & attentive, including the owner! The food was delicious & the pours were generous. We especially enjoyed the accordion player...& some guests singing along. We will return! I suggest reservations, as this place was packed! PS - the wealth of new & old liquor bottles on display, while initially mind-boggling, was fascinating. Would love to know the history...
