Restaurant Parmesan was founded by true Italians over 48 years ago. Over the years, Luigi (known to all) has passed on his passion for food and Italian customs such as La Dolce Vita, hot chestnuts in autumn, our traditional balsamic vinegar, our famous homemade prosciutto and many other well-kept secrets. Over the years, Luigi has amassed over 4,000 bottles that are displayed throughout this museum that is Parmesan.

We had so much fun! We sang, there were birthdays being celebrated, fancy drinks & food being lit aflame. Great entertainment & flavourful pastas. Our 9 year old was all smiles.

The atmosphere was pleasant & steritypically evocative. I expected more, especially in a city like Quebec, known for its culinary subtleties. New York City's Italian restaurants are generally really really really really crappy ( no exaggeration), but NYC ain't a French city catering to people who were for generations brought up thinking about taste, as the French generally were! This restaurant would be right at home in Manhattan as a replacement for Mamma Leone -- & that is not a complement! By the way, offering freshly ground pepper in an Italian restaurant is an INSULT!

C'est un endroit superbe, un véritable petit coin d'Italie au Québec. Désolé d'avoir tant tardé à laisser cet avis, mais je tiens tout de même à le partager ici. Si vous vous promenez dans Québec, vous devez absolument vous rendre dans ce restaurant, mais ne vous faites pas trop d'illusions : détendez-vous simplement & profitez de votre soirée. Merci 😉

Lorsque nos sommes allés à ce restaurant pour mon anniversaire, nous avons été très satisfait.
Nous aimons aller au restaurant tôt en fin pm, afin de profiter du service plus personnel. La nourriture était excellente, le propriétaire nous a fait le service & nous avons pu discuter avec lui. Nous aimons la cuisine italienne & nous avons été très satisfait.
