The atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous, & the food was delicious. The entertainer was fantastic & added so much to the overall experience. Pleasant, exceptional friendly staff.

However, we were disappointed with the meatballs, which seemed to be frozen rather than homemade, as we had expected fresh, house-made meatballs. The drink prices were also surprisingly high, a beer was $10.95 & my espresso martini was $24. While the martini was beautifully presented & felt like a dessert cocktail, the price was a bit of a shock.

Overall, the ambiance & entertainment made for a wonderful evening, but improvements in food quality & more reasonable drink prices would make the experience even better.

A Wonderful Birthday Celebration at Parmesan Restaurant in Old Quebec!
I highly recommend Parmesan Restaurant in Old Quebec City! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, charming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The restaurant is absolutely adorable, & the live accordion player added such a special touch to the evening, singing beautifully in both Italian & French & creating a truly authentic & memorable experience.
The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, & went above & beyond to make my birthday extra special. To my surprise, they brought out a birthday cake, sang a birthday song, & even took a picture of me & my best friend for us to keep as a wonderful souvenir. It was such a thoughtful gesture & made the celebration unforgettable.
The food was delicious, & every dish was prepared with care & flavor. Combined with the cozy ambiance & exceptional hospitality, it made for a perfect evening.
If you're planning to visit, be sure to make a reservation, especially if you want to dine at a specific time, as the restaurant is very popular & waiting times can be long.
Thank you, Parmesan Restaurant, for making my birthday so memorable. I can't wait to return on my next visit to Quebec City! ❤?🎶🍝🎂🥂

One of the best restaurants we've ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, & the service was incredibly friendly & professional.
I celebrated my birthday there, & they truly made it a memorable night for me & my friends. We had such a great time & enjoyed every moment.
Highly recommended, & I'll definitely be coming back again!

Restaurant très agréable, avec une décoration soignée & une ambiance chaleureuse. Le service est également un point fort : les serveurs sont attentionnés, professionnels & veillent à ce que les clients ne manquent de rien.

En revanche, nous avons été un peu déçus par la qualité des plats. Le potage du jour était excellent, savoureux & parfaitement réalisé. Cependant, la pizza & les cannellonis ne nous ont pas pleinement convaincus & n'ont pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Compte tenu des tarifs pratiqués, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix légèrement décevant.

Une belle expérience dans l'ensemble grâce au cadre & au service, mais la cuisine gagnerait à être davantage à la hauteur de l'établissement
