Nous avons commandé une poutine pour ramassage à 20:50 on nous avait dit 25 minutes de préparation. Ça leur a pris 45 minutes avant de nous donner UNE poutine. On était seulement trois clients à attendre. Après 45 minutes d'attente & deux employés qui nous ignorent on leur demande de regarder les commandes déjà prêtes: La poutine était déjà là depuis qu'on était arrivé ils n'avaient simplement pas regardé les commandes même si on l'avais demandé deux fois. Résultat une poutine froide & une attente complètement inutile. À éviter.

Livraison en 2h30, pas d excuse ou de compensation en appelant. Poutine froide. Vraiment décevant. La tao est bonne, mais pas froide.
