Service client déplorable. J'ai commandé en ligne & attendu une heure pour que ma livraison soit annulée sous prétexte que mon nom complet était manquant, malgré mon appel & l'envoi d'une photo de ma commande. Parler au responsable n'a servi à rien ; on m'a juste dit d'appeler le service client, alors que c'est eux qui ont annulé la commande.

Plus de 2 heures d attente pour une pizza commandée en ligne. Le service est épouvantable, ça pris 30 minutes réussir à parler à quelqu'un pour finalement se faire dire que le livreur a juste perdu notre commande. Dommage car nous n'étions jamais déçu avant, mais nous ne commanderons plus à cette succursale.
