11 h du matin, nous avions une fringale & on voulait un dîner santé & surtout un restaurant qui est ouvert à cette heure là!
Sur Google maps j'ai trouvé ce restaurant à Charlesbourg.
Les espaces de stationnement sont étroits mais tout de même assez nombreuse.
Il y avait beaucoup de personnel sur place en prévision du rush du dîner.
C'est intéressant pour le fond du bol il y a un choix de riz, blé concassé ou laitue.
Le poulet cuit sur la grille a un très bon goût.
La quantité dans le bol est également satisfaisante puisqu'on peut vraiment manger à sa faim, ce qui n'est pas habituel chez les autres restaurants qui fabriquent des bols.
J'ai tout dévoré mon dîner mets ma copine n'a pas terminé elle a pu demander un couvercle pour rapporter le reste à la maison.
Pour toutes ces raisons & pour le fait que ce soit un repas très santé je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Merci beaucoup à Abdul, le jeune malien, pour son excellent service, il était très souriant lors de la remise de mon bol. Nous avons échangé un peu sur nos origines, ce qu'on faisait etc. Il a certainement refait ma journée.

C'était ma première expérience. Le personnel était vraiment sympa, tout le monde est souriant & patient (même quand on ne connaît pas les options).
Le resto est propre.
La nourriture est excellente & les prix très bons aussi lorsqu'on compare pour un repas type'poke bowl'. Je vais revenir c'est certain.
