Meilleurs steak!! Les accompagnements aussi était excellents! Seulement le service a été lent surtout au début, la serveuse devait sûrement être surchargé.

La bouffe est correcte, bonne cuisson de steak & sauce excellente, mais c'est l'ambiance qui nuit au potentiel de ce restaurant. Aucune musique , zéro ambiance, & ce restaurant est un restaurant d'hôtel, donc c'est à considérer car on doit s'attendre à des enfants qui courent dans les allées, etc.

During our visit to Quebec City to celebrate my husband's birthday, we decided to dine at the highly acclaimed steakhouse in the old port, where I had made reservations for 8 pm on a Saturday night. As avid steak enthusiasts, we were eager for a delightful culinary experience, given the restaurant's top-notch reputation. Unfortunately, our evening did not unfold as smoothly as anticipated. To start our meal, we ordered the steak tartare, burrata, & onion soup. While the overall quality of the food was acceptable, we encountered a hiccup with the tartare, which arrived without crostinis. We brought this to the server's attention, & by the time the issue was addressed, it was already 9:45 pm-just 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. The prolonged wait for our appetizers dominated a significant portion of our dining experience. Feeling pressed for time, we hastily placed an order for steaks & a couple of glasses of wine. Additionally, we requested the sides to be packed in a to-go container (which they didn't do). Regrettably, the steak arrived late & cold, accompanied by fries that were stale, imparting an unpleasant oily taste. Furthermore, the wine, ordered before the steak, arrived a staggering half an hour late, adding to the overall frustration of the evening. Anyways, we rushed out of there without even having a cake for the birthday. Food was good, service not so much.

Très bon service la n'a pas été le problème.. Mon entrée de carpaccio de boeuf était excellente, la Burrata par contre... était plus comme une boule de mozzarella intérieur était sec rien avoir avec un burrata coulante.. mon conjoint a pris le steak de côté, étant recommandé & une pièce signature. Rempli de tirailles difficile à mastiqué , mon New York était correct pas mauvais mais déjà eu des meilleurs. En revanche, les accompagnements étaient très bon. Notre ami à pris une crème brûlé qui était congelé au milieu alors pour un total 300$ avec pourboire c'était assez bof comme souper.. On nous a enlevé un verre de la facture comme compensation.

Jadooooore ce resto. Le service est toujours inpeccable, s'il y a des erreurs ou autres c'est toujours règles avec délicatesse. La nourriture est super & le rapport qualité prix 10/10. Il y a une bonne variété dans le menu tout en ayant les classiques qu'on cherche dans un steakhouse. La déco est vintage/ luxueuse & l'ambiance chaleureuse & feutrée. Je le recommande à 100% les prix sont TRÈS raisonnable pour un steakhouse dans le vieux Québec.

Excellence service, very good red house wine in my opinion. My wife had Lobster mac&cheese & loved it. I had the New York strip loin steak, with peppercorn sauce, thought it was somewhat tough but tasty. Nice atmosphere.

J'ai eu le plaisir de fêter le 30e anniversaire de mon fils au Beffroi Steakhouse. Ambiance chaleureuse, personnel courtois, cuisson parfaite, filet mignon savoureux, bref, je recommande Beffroi Steakhouse sans hésiter! Un grand merci pour cette belle soirée à toute l'équipe! Harold Reny.

Waiter was incredibly good. Kitchen sent out all food cold. Vegetarian wife ordered vegetarian meatball dish & was sent out cold & with no meatballs. Waiter was embarrassed they sent it out that way offered a drink. But no meatballs, they were out. I ordered steak MR came out almost well & was an end cut with fat everywhere. Very poor quality & small. Sent both plates back. Daughter had steak as well MR but was served cold & rare. Very obvious our food had sat on the shelf for a while before the runners delivered it. Would have been okay with mistakes as I am in food service as well & have worked in kitchens for years. Stuff happens. What made it bad was manger lady walked up & without an apology or any even explanation just started rattling off what she was taking off the bill. Talked over me would not look at me. Finished her talk turned & walked away. The waiter however was more than apologetic. Was our last night in Quebec & ended on a poor note.
